Reporting is more advanced than using spreadsheets. We'd been used to an outdated system that catered to employees with a laptop - leaving about 600+ without access to compliance courses. We needed an intuitive platform for administrators. The old system was very manual heavy and didn't allow time to be creative or proactive in learning interventions. We needed an inclusive platform for managers. We want to empower our leaders to have meaningful conversations with their people, and Learn drives this with the manager's dashboard, which allows transparency for all learning activity. We needed a safe space to keep hold of CPD. Learn smashes that out the park, with learners being able to create self-led learning intervention records with the 'add my learning' feature. Both from a user and adminitstrator perspective the software offers the functionality that we were looking for as a company of almost 600 employees. implementation has been simple with few issues. Users in this very early stage of our implementation are finding it easy to use. This is our companies first LMS so integration has been fairly simple. Our Account Executive Patrick Downs and Service Consult, Adam Wright were excellent to work and very helpful! **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** Even though it is fairly easy to use, some of the wording and references in Learn are UK oriented and can be a bit confusing to some. There are also times where you are trying to complete a task like creating a course or lesson can be a bit confusing at first until you become familiar with the flow of things in Learn. **What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kallidus has helped us as a company organize our training into one central location which solved the problem of training being scattered throughout many different departments. Employees now can access eLearning, videos, and docuemnts in one location. The fact they can access and take training courses on their own to improve their job skills is a great benefit. In Learn tracking employee training is key as a company that builds and sells fencing materials. Safety and OSHA courses must be tracked for compliance reasons. ### 43. The reporting is also very slow. We struggled with having a shared place for all this training to sit, and so training was lost and not beneficial to the team at all. Our account manager Rex speaks with us frequently and has built a personal relationship with the company, and the support teams respond very quickly to any question with helpful tips and feedback. Could not fault! **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** Kallidus Learn is limited by the reporting function they offer, as this has little customisation capabilities. Similar to any rapidly growing organisation, it became important that we consolidate our training resources and have a platform that helps provide good learning experience for all our employees. Kallidus provided a powerful platform that allowed relatively small HR team easily plan and implement training requirements across the organisation. The org structure is quiet complex with various departments and competencies - and the rule engine helps us assign right courses to right set of people at the same time support aspirations by creating catalogues which support & showcase career progression of all our employees. We compared quiet a few LMS tools while selecting Kallidus, but the strong platform & long list of readily available courses helped us pick Kallidus and we are very happy with our choice. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** We would like to see more features come out arond training journey, we are currently managing with catalogues but it would be even better if we could create specific training journeys. **What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kallidus helped us jump start our LMS journey with the platform and we bought additional readily available courses, which immediately meant we had a LMS available immediately after implementation. I work mostly on the system as an administrator. Setting up a course/ event is a very simple process. The new reporting feature is great, its easy to use and extract the data you need. The customer support from Kallidus is 10/10- the support from our CEM, the support desk and the academy team. The academy is an amazing resource and the events the team hold. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** I dont think there is anything I dislike about the system. We recently had a health check and realised there are lots of features we arent making use of.
