We've been using Kallidus LMS for some time now, and it's proven to be a mostly reliable and user-friendly system. As our training needs have evolved, we've been able to extend our use of the platform thanks to the steady rollout of new features.

One of the standout aspects for us is the ability to directly upload videos, which has made it significantly easier to manage and centralise our wide-ranging training content. With a large and varied offering, having everything in one place has streamlined our delivery and improved accessibility for learners.

The Kallidus Academy has also been a great resource. Our most recent new starter was able to get up and running quickly by completing the Academy training, which speaks volumes about the platform’s intuitive design and onboarding support.

One aspect of the system I find frustrating is the pop-up messages that occasionally appear while you're actively using the platform. These can cause the screen to jump unexpectedly, which is particularly disruptive when you're in the middle of clicking or navigating.
