
I think the software is good. The fact that it's all in one is really helpful. The team is always helpful, even if there are any issues, both the technical teams and account managers are there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think sometimes the technical understanding of the software isn't great. I've raised some problems with the technical team, and they didn't quite always understand the issue or it was fine on their side, but it wasn't working for me. So, there are some problems that are still a little bit unresolved, and the technical knowledge could be a little bit better sometimes. The initial setup was also more complex than I anticipated. I probably underestimated how much time it would take without further support, so I would have probably asked and paid for someone to have it done for us next time.
