Cascade helps us tie our product initiatives to company-wide strategic goals. The AI-supported dashboards make it easier to see which metrics are trending in the right direction and which ones still need attention. It is easy to use and intuitive when rolling out to the organization. Customer support is responsive and gives good answers. As far as implementation, Bec has been instrumental in helping us get going on this and is available to assist with any questions we have. There are new features being presented consistently over time and they have a good way of reaching out to get input and present the new features in a good way. Cascade provides great visibility across our organisation. We have many different functions and it can be difficult to stay on top of where everyone is up to. The Key to strategy isn't its creation. It is the iteration. The quick learning of what is working and what isn't and to change and update as necessary. Cascade is the first company I have seen to focus on that portion of strategy. Every other consultant tries to work with you to create the perfect strategy. But executives don't realize that isn't possible. The perfect strategy only comes through trial and error of what works and what doesn't. Cascade helps enable this trial and error in a quick and honest matter. Cascade realizes that monitoring the execution and making the adjustments is what really matters with strategy. It is going to take a long time to have leaders and executives switch to an execution mindset. The most important thing is to create transparency and be honest of what is working and what is not. Without that radical transparency, the critical conversations cannot occur. Every individual that we have interacted with knows their product and how to fully leverage it within our specific environment. The Customer Success manager understands our business and goals. They are truly a partner in our success. The application itself strikes exactly the right balance between simplicity and feature set to be able to track and (most importantly) sustainably track and monitor key results. Since Cascade is a powerful platform with advanced functionality, there is a of a learning curve for new users, especially when configuring the more advanced features, such as reporting and dashboards. Cascade’s platform has been an incredibly helpful addition to our organization’s strategic alignment and method of tracking key performance indicators. With Cascade’s friendly user interface, visualization of how departments contribute to overall organizational goals is streamlined and easily interpreted. The on-demand training resource library – especially the Jump Start Guides – were instrumental in getting our large and physically spread-out organization trained on the platform.
