**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Everything is documented and evaluated in 1 place.  You can control the access that each user has to the platform.  The ability to easily see results and drill down to different levels. Also, EvaluAgent really listens to the customer and takes into account their wants and needs.  Very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

I am not able to customize my reporting.  Enhanced reporting is coming but I would still like to be able to set up a report that I want, press a button and it comes out the way I want it to look.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now it is that I want to be able to see all the activity that an evaluator has in a time table format or report to monitor usage as well as capacity.  It sounds like it is available, but is not included in our current package.  

Benefits realized is that there is less time spent on manual issues that and more time for evaluations.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

We love how the system is laid out and is so easy to navigate by both agents and evaluators. Evaluagent is used not only as our QM system, but we also use it as a training tool for new starters in order to ensure they have the best understanding of how our calls, emails and online chats are structured. Since introducing evaluagent early last year, we have seen an increase in our average quality score of almost 20% and have just acheived our highest ever monthy QA score of 94.7%. This could not have been done without evaluagent and the reports that we produce from the data within the system each month. It's also great that each agent can view their individual dashboard in order to keep track of their own targets and performance as well as any areas requiring more attention.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

There is nothing to dislike about this system. It's so easy to navigate, and the customer service is always fantastic. Feedback is always welcomed, and they will go out of their way to help with any queries that you may have along the way.

**Recommendations to others considering evaluagent:**

If you are looking to improve your company's quality score, then I highly recommend Evaluagent. It's easy to navigate and gives agents and managers full sight of performance.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The introduction of Evaluagent has helped us to identify areas requiring focus across all contact channels. The system makes it so easy to identify areas of weakness over any selected period of time and this is used to generate reports for Team Leaders on a monthly basis. The benefit of this has been that Team Leaders have been able to identify what areas require the most attention or praise and helps to identify individual training needs etc.

For someone who has, in the past, toiled with endless, complicated, time consuming Excel spreadsheets, I wanted to streamline the whole contact centre performance reviews, and end the tyranny of spreadsheets. I searched on line and found Evaluagent, which, I say with complete honesty,  has made such a positive impact on the efficiency of this crucial task. No PCI integration needed, no long winded training, just sign up and get started. The creation of performance sheets is so easy, and my Team Leaders find the scoring process so easy, and therefore, scores are completed on time!! The fact that agents see real time results means they continually improve. You can tell this was created by someone who really understands the issues faced by contact centres.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

The platform has a splendid user interface, which allows for great graphics, insights, and display when it comes to the reporting information.  Additionally, being able to customize many features such as scorecards, pass/fail options, coaching forms, and many other features is a great plus for our company.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

Because EA does cater to many other companies, when a request to make a change to the platform is submitted, it requires either a majority of other users to agree or deemed relative enough to pursue by the EA developers.  Because the platform cannot be completely 100% customized to every company, there are some limitations that do come from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering evaluagent:**

For those looking to audit and monitor communications, procedures, and any internal interaction EvaluAgent is a great platform.  Our company was able to swiftly set up and transfer our existing evaluation scorecards to be implemented into EA.  The interface of reporting is very in-depth and detailed, which allows for evaluators to spot short-comings and areas to improve on.  The reports can locate team/department trends, all the way down to individual performance results, feedback, and recording coaching sessions that have taken place to tackle these areas of improvement.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to spot and record various stages of our communication that our associates struggle with on various channels.  Identifying these issues allows us to design trainings and/or coaching strategies to improve those areas that need attention on an individual, team, or department level.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

It has a sophisticated reporting system that we no longer need to create any external report because everything we need is integrated into the system. 

I love the line item reporting that shows which exact items the employees are good at or need improvement on.

The feature "Insights" which not only shows top agents in terms of QA score average but also in terms of QA score improvement, is a very nice recent addition.

The enhanced coaching module (1 to 1) is also something we look forward to exploring further as it seems to cover everything we need to monitor coaching sessions and agents' commitments.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

There is nothing to dislike about this tool. Whenever we encounter minor issues, their customer service always resolves them, so we have no complaints.

It's a valuable tool that we highly recommend!

EvaluAgent has solved our manual forms and reporting issues. It continues to add more relevant features, and EvaluAgent listens to its customers' feedback, and actually acts on them.

The platform is enabled to get the best out of your agents and provide valuable insights for there interactions with customers. 
With the new 1 to 1 feature, it takes it to the next step in terms of functionality, allowing you to be able to keep track and records of your agent performance within the one platform. 
Customization of QA and 1 to 1 forms allows ultimate flexibility for the user to tailor to your organisational needs.
The Evaluagent team is always approachable and open to feedback from its users to allow for continuous improvement and implementation of features into the platform.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

I find the platform very user friendly... i do feel it can take a while to get to what you are looking for, as there are multiple places you can click to get to the same area/part of the platform you are looking for.. It would be good if it would be some work on this part of the design could be done to make it more simplistic.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistency of agent QA results - insights and reporting make it easier to track trends and common themes across teams. 
1 to 1 function will also enable more powerful and documented conversations with our teams

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Evaluagent allows us to focus on the most important: developing the team and improve the quality of service we deliver to our customers. It removes all the paint points linked to setting up, performing and analysing QA, managing the agents' performance by having it all under one platform that is easy to configure and manage. 
The workflows are streamlined, the reporting is done for you, visually appealing and easy to understand at a glance. All the details you need to be able to identify patterns, opportunities and risks are there, and allow you to get insights from from a company level down to an individual level. 
The engagement features are also great to keep the teams engaged and motivated! It helps highlight successes and it is rewarding for the agents to see the recognition for progress and achievements.
There are plenty of additional features to fit the needs and the size of your operations, and you can pick and choose only the ones that are relevant to you. 
Last but not least, the tool is in constant evolution, and the changes are based on actual users' feedback, which makes every release an actual direct improvement!

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

The only aspect that is currently not available is regarding the internationalisation of the software, which is only available in English. There are ways around this as you can set up the scorecards in any language, but it can have some limitations for the adoption of the tool. However, it is well built and intuitive to use, so this is not a major blocker. We actually have 4 non-English speaking teams currently using it.

**Recommendations to others considering evaluagent:**

Ask for a demo, and get a full tour of all the available features, before making your choice regarding the ones you actually need. It's very easy to set up and build on, so if you're starting your journey in streamlining your operations, you may want to start with the basics and implement more as you move forward. If you're already clear on what you need and what you want to achieve, the choice in terms of combination of features will be easy!

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a massive time saving tool to start with, especially if like us you moved from Excel scorecards to a dedicated tool. But even after the initial set up, each new feature they release is built to facilitate the day to day handling of QA and overall management of agents' performance. So it helps you either save time or improve the impact of each evaluation. All the time saved can be used to either do more evaluations or more coaching. Features like the "Calibration" one also helps aligning standards between different evaluators. All in all, Evaluagent removes the pain and allows you to fast-track the improvement of your services.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

When I took over the QA position for my company, I had no previous experience working with a QA platform. After a session with Michelle from  EvaluAgent support, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this system is to navigate. The reporting options allow you to drill down to individual statistics and support the more general departmental results.
One of the most beneficial aspects of the system is the range of options when setting up the various scorecards. Being able to build in levels of scoring is a real asset when evaluating a consultant's performance.
Being able to extract results & build comprehensive reporting is essential when evaluating performance & EvaluAgent enables this with great ease.
I am still learning about the benefits of this platform, but so far, it has not disappointed me & the reassurance of having support on hand at any time gives me great confidence going forward. EvaluAgent was the right choice for this company.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

One aspect of this platform that I find frustrating is the inability to modify a scorecard once created. It would be a great help if somebody could incorporate this feature into the system, eliminating the need to recreate an entire scorecard when modifications are needed.
Other than that, I do not have any other issues with the system at this stage.

We are evaluating our Customer Experience & making improvements in efficiencies.
The system has also allowed us to look into how processes are being followed.

Go for it! You likely won't find a better software tool!

As a start up, we really needed to have something like this in place. It is helping us engage our reps by setting a quality score goal and allowing them to log into the tool, it keeps them up to speed with how they are doing at all times. Also with offering coaching, we are able to create a safe space for agents to talk freely about their process struggles and allows us to give that personal 1:1 feedback. I also love that we can tag their supervisors in evaluations and coaching sessions so everyone is always in the loop!

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Evaluagent is incredibly well laid out, easy to navigate, is engaging for both leaders and agents, and provides the kind of insights you need to improve your level of service. When Evaluagent was first introduced, our quality was at 78%, 12 months later we have just had our highest ever month for quality at 94.7%, something we are incredibly proud of and something we couldn't have done without Evaluagent at the heart of our QA program.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

Nothing. When we identify areas for improvement within Evaluagent, the team take feedback on board and implement changes at a pace that benefit all their customers. Evaluagent are a pleasure to partner with.

EvaluAgent is very user friendly and easy to nagivate. The team are constantly adding new features and ensuring all processes are up to date! Our success mananger, Reg, has been extremely helpful and responsive right from our initial roll out of EvaluAgent to answering our questions and helping us integrate EvaluAgent into our reporting and quality assurance.

We have automated all QA evaluations company wide, and have also automated coaching activities through same. The interface of EvaluAgent is very good and is consistent regardless of whether you're a manager or agent.  Agents can only view their own data of course, but giving them access to all their performance and coaching data helps give ownership.   Everything is well organised and easy to find.  The support from EvaluAgent themselves is excellent - any support required from training to quick and simple questions are no trouble at all.

EvaluAgent is also continually improving based on customer feedback which is a must in today's environment.

There's nothing that I dislike about EvaluAgent.

EA is great because it is easy to use, set up, maintain and is really efficient in providing excellent insights and feedback as a result of it's built-in reports capabilities. Such a great tool to bring value and insights quickly!
Also, great scorecards, easy grading scheme and brings about lots of transparency as it enables feedback to be given and managed directly by the employee him/herself

Some basic features can be improved for usage like being able to edit submitted scorecards and new features could be integrated to bring even greater value to managers to seek to understand if follow up actions were taken to feedforward a particular associate - would love to see a feature like this one developed in the system.

EA is highly recommended, it brought us to the next level. It was the quality assurance tool we needed to establish strict quality guidelines, record and collect feedback on them and improve our employee's performance.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Ease of use - the system is straight forward and easy to use which means that it is easy to onboard new people and support our Quality model which we all know can sometime be a tricky beast to get right. The way we approach quality is a little different but the scorecard creation in the system was easy to manipulate to meet our requirements
Reporting - The reporting function is intuitive and has many ways to "cut the cake" when it comes to the data which is a great advantage to the one of the core aspects of Quality, what you do with the information you find. This improves the impact of the system as it is used by several stakeholders who all can gain useful information to help improve our customer experience.
Evaluating - Once the forms are created, I have found that I can increase the efficiency of the team by having a simple for that you can have auto fills and grading outcomes. These are just a few of the benefits the QA team have found. 
Support - They are there to help! and they are quick about it. Sometime I just need to interact with someone who can guide me to the point that I want and they offer this but the system also has an inbuilt knowledge base. I have also found that they are always improving the system - often a little present logo appears to let me know something new has arrived and I think this is vital for a company and system

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

There are a few things that need a bit of a "work around" but the system still manages to function with these and they have taken my feedback onboard to look into improvements. Also, more flexibility in the plans. I do not fully use the coaching function yet but it is still included. 
Both minor things as I still feel the system is value for money.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement with the quality model and finding out the root cause to some of the detractors for our service. Also praise, it is a great tool to be able to recognise good work and also has a handy league table in the system as well.
