**What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

What I like most about Playvox Quality Management is how intuitive it is for monitoring quality and giving feedback to the team. It centralizes evaluations, reports, and coaching in a single platform, which saves time and improves management. Additionally, its dashboards make it easy to track performance in real time.

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

What I like least about Playvox Quality Management is that some advanced configurations can take time to learn at the beginning. Sometimes certain reports could be more flexible or customizable. Even so, once the tool is mastered, it provides significant operational value.

Playvox Quality Management solves the difficulty of controlling quality and tracking performance in an organized manner. It facilitates audits, feedback, and improvement plans in one place. **What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

Due to the visual configuration and ease of descriptions within the software, I really like the descriptions, images, colors, and descriptive letters inside, in addition to adding a personal photo.

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

many pages to find what I want and always logging out easily, I need to always be attentive and save what I am doing so as not to lose my file.

**Recommendations to others considering Playvox Quality Management:**

Easy handling, only login is necessary every day, sometimes in the middle of use, it is important to always save things to avoid losing them, as the update arrives unexpectedly. But always very good, I recommend it and wouldn't trade it for anything! I tested another platform, and I didn't achieve the same success as with Playvox, I don't intend to switch anytime soon, the other platform I used doesn't have the same purpose as this one. The other platform I used didn't have as much ease of usability as this one. Very modern. It is my main platform for work use, I use it every day.

**What problems is Playvox Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Always updating the screens for better handling, very illustrative information, and with each update, the information about what was updated appears, the images become more visible.

At the moment of creating evaluations, it makes the qualification process easier and faster. You can customize the feedback provided by adding pictures to give a better explanation about the mistake and the solution. The disputes received can be customized to provide a proper feedback to the agents. 

When it comes to the evaluations received, it’s really easy to understand the qualification received.

Currently, I don’t have anything that I dislike. It works fine and I can complete the evaluations easily

I really like how easy Playvox is to use and customize. It makes quality reviews smoother, and having everything, like feedback, scorecards, coaching, all in one place saves a lot of time. The customer service has been helpful whenever we needed support, and the implementation was pretty straightforward. It also integrates well with the tools we already use, which made the transition easier. We use it daily, and it’s become a natural part of our QA routine. It’s helped us give more meaningful feedback and better support to the team.

Playvox is a tool that helps to improve the performance of customer support teams with a focus on quality assurance performance.
It is the platform that helps us to evaluate customer interaction across multiple channels including email, chat and phone calls.
It helps us to track individual and team performance through the dashboard.
This is a very easy tool to set up and for tracking individual and team performance. The tool is used to accept feedback from every agent regularly.
Being a quality analyst, my almost work is done through this tool every day.
The feedbacks are shared through Playvox which helps us to improve the customer satisfaction level as well. 
I have personally used this tool and found that it really works to improve customer support experience.
It is a easy to check out whether all the quality member are on same page or not through the calibration option.

**What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

Playvox works great, especially in auditing agents' calls or tickets. The tool offers faster and more reliable user interaction, perfectly integrated with our system. Customer service has been improved, the review process has become very smooth, and hence, it is easy to work with. Playvox is being used daily in our QA routine to ensure feedback is given to the agents so that they are always in line for a better delivery of customer service. Playvox has made providing effective customer support, along with effecting improvements, so much easier.

I don’t see any downsides to Playvox. All I can see is how useful it is to our QA team, making the job more effective and easier.

**What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

As Support professionals, it is crucial that we take care of the quality of our work in a ticket-based system to help our customers. Playvox has made it easy by randomly picking up a ticket for QA feedback and then analyzing the little mistake made by an agent according to the QA parameters.
It helps us to create the QA score by taking into consideration the auto fail and general QA norms. The QA team and the agents whose work has been analyzed can use it easily and effectively to review their work and take feedback for future opportunities to improve.

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

The 'raise a dispute' feature which helps to appeal for a wrong QA markdown is limited to be used for a week which means once a QA score is generated, you can raise a dispute within a week or it will be considered as the final score. This limit should be increased since the agent can be on long leave or emergency leave.

**What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

I like how the user interface of Playvox is sleek and visually appealing to it's users. The home page displays the updates and announcements which are very crucial to our everyday task and roles. It helps us customer service people to be able to navigate with our quality evaluations and implement the needed actions for our cases. I used Playvox alot as I keep on checking my evaluations and it's easy to use and sign especially for the coaching sessions.

I like how it can quickly connect to other platforms on our end as it helps us a lot to better understand our role as a customer support. It's also effortless to generate reports about our monthly quality evaluations and help us compare and check our progress.

I also like how we're able to leave a comment and dispute an evaluation with the analyst assigned to our case. Which helps us apply it efficiently to our upcoming cases.

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

I don't generally dislike this however I do hope that it loads a little bit faster when we sign an evaluation or coaching log (could be an internet problem).

The problems about cases that has markdowns or has feedback. It helps us alot to see which part of our roles we're having troubles with and which area we're excelling.

Playfox has a smooth and seamless interface to make engaging in interactions fun and interesting.

I like the fact that it has smileys and emojis to help express how you feel while interacting with others.

It has other work-related features integrated for work access and progress tracking.

Also, the fact that you earn points and badges for each level one attains or surpasses makes it an even more encouraging and fantastic software tool.

For now, I find it engaging and interactive with other colleagues of mine.

It has the basic output of quality scores easily accessible for a high level overview of how quality is going for our program

Although there is granular data available, not able to export based on the filters that you add. It would be great if there was a way to export the raw data in the reports tab. Right now, it seems you can only pull from the evaluations tab if you want to slice how you'd like

Being able to house our evaluations being completed by the QA Analysts who support our organization

**What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

playvox had been such an easy to use application since i first had my job , the smooth interface and the organized tabs helped me get the needed tasks done in no time. the most cool feature in my opinion that saves my alot of time is the filtering option used in the evaluations tab, it makes me get the needed interactions in no time and gather the raw data i need and it's a part of my daily taks.
Also i totally like the ability to highlight the mistakes in the chats of the Agents i'm monitoring , that makes them know exactly where the mistake was in their chat with the customer was and then i provide them with a comment on how to avoid it and how to provide a better customer support, it's totally helpful in making the quality evaluation clear to the agents.

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

well i didn't face any difficulties with Playvox except for one thing and it's regarding the ability to open a callibration in a new tab instead of making me press the view button and it takes me to the callibration's page then i will have to go back again to see the full list, i belive this can be solved in just a small update.

**What problems is Playvox Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Playvox Quality Management helps me in my daily basis tasks which is reviewing the transactions of the customer service agents and provide them with clear report on how each transaction was , and also playvox helps in collecting required data for analysis such as the percentage of quality score for each agent and each team and makes it easy to detect the outliers and their weakness points.

Playvox Quality Management is easy to use with other apps. Playvox Quality Management is helpful with our coaching activities. It helps us keep tracks on our coaching logs and Quality Evaluations.  The interface is easy to navigate and not confusing. I use the app everyday, on the start of my shift to check any recent evaluation.

The most helpful feature of Playvox is that you'll be able to review the cases that was audited and take note of it that'll help you follow the correct workflow to provide precise resolution. Another one is that you can see your weekly and monthly scores to see what other performance skill that you need to improve.

Surprisingly, there are none. Playvox was really nice and easy to use.

Playvox It is easy to navigate. I'm able to quickly find the reports I need it breaks down by different QA cards based on need so I can filter out the ones that I'm specifically looking at. It is also giving me the ability to quickly find pain points within my files to make them better for my team and provide additional trainings as needed. This is probably one of the easiest software to get the information I need for my team.

The new reports can be a bit of a challenge to filter at this time. However, they still have the legacy reporting which is amazing.

I Love the UI of the playvox the most and for QA it has lot of options starting from Workloads management - Creating a customised scoreboard as per our needs. It makes the things very easier.
Also, About the Calibrations part where extracting the reports is so easy and convenient for everyone.

Playvox is a tool which not only tells us our quality but also help us giving us a roadway to walk upon. As an agent, We need to stay updated of the process modifications and amendments. Its great that an agent has 100% quality, But it also help those agents who got markdowns, and these markdown are stated with proper reasoning which can help reduce the chances of getting an error in a case if we properly go through the feedback shared to us by the quality team and accordingly Playvox helps them to reduce their chance of getting markdown any further.

Moreover, It is very easy to use and could be implemented in a user friendly way that any agent could understand the use verysoon and without any difficulty.

The upside is I can see my stats and it has coaching note that I can adjust to improve my state/score.

I have been using this for months now and honestly I don't see any challenges so I for now I don't see any downsides for this.

It helps me by improving my skills and discoving where are my oppurtunities.

**What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?**

It has a lot of features, an easy-to-use layout, and insightful information. I heartily suggest it! User-friendly, easy to understand and can make changes or updates to form. Has different tabs that ome can enjoy aside from the evaluation and coaching tab. Under community tab, can post your daily life quotes or motivation and can also post your ideas a nd questions. Can do interactions with other user other than using it for documentation purposes of coaching and any other company study.

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

Although usually easy to use, Playvox's insights are useful, more attention should be paid to offering concrete advice or ideas for enhancement rather than merely supplying data in the form of suggestions. Also, what is Karma points for? Any other uses that it has?

From quality assurance and coaching to performance analytics and workforce management, Playvox covers evaluation and coaching documentation and acknowledgement.

I like that there is a possibility of feedback, you can write comments if you don’t agree with the assessment and it will be checked and corrected quickly, and the interface is very easy to use

**What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?**

Compared to other products, I like pleovox the most, I don’t know if there is a mobile version of playvox, I use the web version, but if there is no mobile version, I think it would be better to create a mobile app as well

**What problems is Playvox Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see the mistakes I made clearly and clearly and can quickly correct them, it really helps save time
