What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

At the moment of creating evaluations, it makes the qualification process easier and faster. You can customize the feedback provided by adding pictures to give a better explanation about the mistake and the solution. The disputes received can be customized to provide a proper feedback to the agents.

I really like how easy Playvox is to use and customize. It makes quality reviews smoother, and having everything, like feedback, scorecards, coaching, all in one place saves a lot of time. The customer service has been helpful whenever we needed support, and the implementation was pretty straightforward. It also integrates well with the tools we already use, which made the transition easier. We use it daily, and it’s become a natural part of our QA routine. What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

I really like that Playvox Quality Management has continued to improve the way we visualize agent performance. The platform makes it easy to identify individual strengths and weaknesses through detailed QA evaluations. I’ve also found the calibration features particularly useful for aligning quality standards across teams. What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?

While Playvox Quality Management is an excellent tool overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

Playvox is a tool that helps to improve the performance of customer support teams with a focus on quality assurance performance.

It is the platform that helps us to evaluate customer interaction across multiple channels including email, chat and phone calls.

It helps us to track individual and team performance through the dashboard.

This is a very easy tool to set up and for tracking individual and team performance. The tool is used to accept feedback from every agent regularly.

Being a quality analyst, my almost work is done through this tool every day.

The feedbacks are shared through Playvox which helps us to improve the customer satisfaction level as well.

I have personally used this tool and found that it really works to improve customer support experience.

It is a easy to check out whether all the quality member are on same page or not through the calibration option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

Playvox works great, especially in auditing agents' calls or tickets. The tool offers faster and more reliable user interaction, perfectly integrated with our system. Customer service has been improved, the review process has become very smooth, and hence, it is easy to work with. Playvox is being used daily in our QA routine to ensure feedback is given to the agents so that they are always in line for a better delivery of customer service.
