I like that each user can customize his/her view - which columns they want to see in which order they want to see them, which portlets to include on the user-specific dashboard... I like that search queries automatically pull live data... I like that it is integrateable with Salesforce... and I like that everyone is engaged in making sure we have our questions answered and have a positive experience. In the very beginning, we were upsold on what we needed. We were also not given a true timeline on what to expect with data migration, setting up our platform, and getting it implemented, so it caused friction with our C level and what they expected would be done by certain points, causing more work for our Project Managment team and those inputting and setting up the platform.
Also, since I am and admin., I would like the ability to push dashboards to end users. I would like to create what I need them to see and push it to them, as many end users don't want to take the time to create these dashboards. I know what is important to each end user, so I would like to be able to create these and then push to them. Also, you recently took away the ability to search for the contract purpose in the search results. Conga contracts is a great application to store contracts, to streamline workflows, or to integrate an esignature solution such as DocuSign. The additional forms allow you to customize the data you need to capture based on your specific industry. The hands on support is always helpful to trouble shoot issues. Super user entitlements, maker check functionality, workflow automation to feed to additonal forms, and lastly the negotiation feature is a straight forward wasy platform to use. Not flexible to edit or pull back submissions. This may just be the way my company has this set up but once submitted the user cannot edit the contract request until it is rejected in the workflow by one of the approvers. This causes unnecessary delays and resets the request back to draft status meaning you need to redo the workflow completely. We also do not have it integrated with any signing tool or document management platform for easy collaboration on "in-process" contracts which would make it a TON better. Our Contract process with Conga couldn't be a better fit. With ease of use our sales team has the quickest and stress free process of sending agreements with a link and having them accept within secs.
