At times, we find that Conga implementation partners are not fully equipped with knowledge of the complete end-to-end solution. This often leads us to depend heavily on support or experts from Conga itself, which can be quite time-consuming, especially during implementation phases or critical periods such as upgrades or when handling high contract volumes. The error handling in X-author for Contracts could be improved to provide more specific error messages, rather than just displaying a generic statement like 'An error has occurred. Please contact Conga Administrator.' This can be quite frustrating at times. Additionally, the X-author Migration Manager tool could use some enhancements, as it occasionally stops working for the same set of data, even though it usually functions as expected. Conga CLM provides out-of-the-box features that address all the essential global use cases for contract management automation making it easier to implement use cases.
