What do you like best about Conga CLM?

Even though there are so many integration options, some might think that it would require a lot of time to integrate these capabilities into Conga — but no, it is very easy to integrate all these options. The documentation provides detailed steps on how to do this and also mentions which teams need to be involved during the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

For bug fixes, the Conga team takes quite a lot of time, and we are not happy with this. Taking one or two months just to fix a small issue is not good, as it delays our entire business cycle. They really need to make significant improvements in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conga CLM keeps on evolving and provides us with new useful functionalities. One example is that it recently introduced the Obligation Management functionality, which we needed and were able to implement for our project. Its powerful features like Query Templates, Agreement Rules, Parallel Review, and Wizards. These tools streamline contract management, ensure compliance, and accelerate negotiation cycles. A user-friendly and efficient solution, it’s perfect for managing complex agreements with ease and precision.

Customer support is good, they are proactive and helpful when issue is raised.

Implementation and configuration is easy for Conga CLM and it is also easy to integrate with E-Sign tools such as DodcuSign and Adobe Sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

Personally I feel like there are sometimes Merge issues limitations
