With our SF instance and theirs, sometimes previewing the documents is a hassle and most cases we have to download. Uptime, Flexible templates, automated or locally downloaded. Configurable parameters for special requirements. Pulls data directly from Salesforce. Generates documents quickly and easily. Able to pull from a large pool of templates for applicable business processes. I am a big fan of Conga Composer and I find that it is well suited for organizations that require complex merges, with data from multiple custom or standard objects arranged in tables. I think my organization has only just scratched the surface of everything we can do with solution parameters - despite being a super user and a certified Conga Composer professional! There are so many options and so much usefulness, it will take time to really dive in and leverage everything that Conga has to offer. For organizations that need to merge simple donation acknowledgement letters, Conga is probably too complex. Apsona offers a competitive product for that use case. ### 41. We have not realized this benefit yet and I'm not sure we will, but we will find out.
