Uploading our organizational data and the overall deployment led by the Complyance team were superior to any platform I’ve worked with previously. The Complyance team is meticulous and genuinely supportive; the way they developed our environment, along with the pace of deployment, meant the entire effort took only a few months from start to finish. Their ongoing support, regular meetings, and backend services have been unmatched in my 50 years of IT deployments. On top of that, the Complyance team’s friendly, competent approach and diverse skill set helped ensure a smooth migration to this GRC solution. It is limited dashboarding in comparison to other tools. The UI is intuitive which makes it straightforward to onboard new joiners. The team have been strong partners and are very transparent with their roadmap which is unusual in my experience. 2026 has a lot of great features and they've supported me in building the business case internally for more of their AI agentss. **What do you dislike about Complyance?** I don't have budget currently for all the modules so am with another tool while we transition over our policy workflow and trust center. **What problems is Complyance solving and how is that benefiting you?** We follow a number of NIST frameworks (CSF, 800-171 and 800-53), PCI DSS and ISO 27001 and 27701. Our audits have become less of a headache and I hear a lot less moaning from other team when assigning out controls. I've had positive feedback from the DevOps and Eng teams due to the integrations - for NIST CSF, it's lessened our number of evidence requests by almost 70%. TPRM and ERM are newer focuses for us as a business and the Complyance team have been very supportive in building up out process internally. They share a lot of best practice guidance and have great resources I can share wiht the team. ### 5. Managing access to platform for those stakeholders has been easy with clearly defined and easy to manage roles. Most importantly, Complyance has been a true partner in configuring the platform and getting it aligned to our internal business processes and company culture. Initial implementation was completed quickly and easily. With our previous GRC product, my team spent most of our time managing the tool, building process flows, adding fields and enhancing functionality. In contrast, with Complyance my team is able to focus on the already complex work of managing our GRC program with Complyance playing a central role in coordinating efforts, providing visibility and growing a shared understanding of our risks and controls. The platform has also allowed us to integrate evidence from our ticketing system, our productivity suite's cloud storage, and our wiki pages, allowing us to pull in timely evidence while giving stakeholders a more active role in understanding and managing control compliance. The leadership team's experience in the Compliance and GRC space is also apparent as they have provided useful insights and have been professional throughout. **What do you dislike about Complyance?** If we had a full development team looking for a product in which to invest their time, or if we required very complex reporting out to third party ERP solutions, we would likely need more time to coordinate the initial setup with the support team at Complyance. The platform is less customizable than other solutions I have used, but that may be part of what has made it so effective for my team and our stakeholders. For those more complex requests, we have needed to hand the work over to the Complyance support and engineering teams to address for us. The wait may be a bit longer, but the solutions have generally met the stated need. **What problems is Complyance solving and how is that benefiting you?** The greatest challenge for us was providing leadership with enough visibility into our GRC and vendor management programs while not bogging down our operational teams with excessive additional work. Another key issue was with managing evidence collection for control management and use in our external audits and assessments. Complyance has helped us address both of these needs simultaneously. Our stakeholders within the operational teams now have access to a straight-forward tool that cuts to the chase, showing them the controls and tasks that are their responsibility, the health of those controls and associated evidence, and the status of any assigned tasks. Add to that regular messaging, and our operational stakeholders get a better sense of what is required and what will be required in the future without much additional headache. Additionally, it has provided a location where they can submit and manage evidence which can be used for both internal controls (across multiple industry standards) and external assessments. Complyance also makes a conservative use of AI to suggest how best to link submitted evidence to the controls we are tracking, as well as with generating plans for addressing control deficiencies. For leadership, the product provides reporting around control failures, open risks, and the overall performance of the GRC program. First off, the implementation was incredibly smooth! Our account lead guided us every step of the way and made sure we were set-up with best practices and scalability from the start. The team take the time to properly onboard you, even if it's takes a while in our case, and we've had great feedback from our control owners on how easy it is to navigate! The tool has some neat features and the AI and agents have given my team real efficiencies in how we work. We have been supported most by the AI triaging evidence during an audit and we used our previous auditor comments to inform the criteria. I reckon the team has saved 100+ hours on our recent HITRUST audit and team morale is higher than previous years. We've also been able to automate collection on 60% of our work from Azure, AWS, SharePoint, Rapid7 and Jira. The team made this process easy without too much load on our IT team. Previously platforms I have utilized don't quite have the algorithm right. There is a disconnect between functionality and process driven requirements, not with Complyance. Down to the tasking/notifications/ability to customize your portal to your business need, Complyance hits the mark. So far, I am roughly 7-8 weeks into implementation. No complaints whatsoever and the implementation team we have is phenomenal. Kudos to Meg for her stellar work in building to our needs! **What do you dislike about Complyance?** I have not found any downside to the product at this point. The development team, led by Richa Kaul, is ultra responsive and lends a listening ear where suggestions and improvements are noted. **What problems is Complyance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation & Streamlining processes,Tracking GRC related findings/controls/KPIs, centralizing functions such as policy approvals, vendor risk, and compliance efforts. They came to us with workflow improvement suggestions, took the time to document our new workflows for us and were very responsive to our questions and issues. We would get the audit request list, upload to Sharepoint, split it up by control owner, manually send out requests and chase them, and then review the evidence and make changes before finalizing and having to upload again into a separate auditor portal.
