What do you like best about ServiceNow Cloud Management?

The platform is providing seamless yet powerful experience. Ticketing of queries and concerns are superb and on point. I used to learn the tool in just like one training as it is rrally easy to use and understand. There's also integrated features that you can compose and send emails, comment some notes, attach files easily and post worknotes privately. You can also generate reports or simply go to your dashboard for insights and planning. Overall, using ServiceNow is really amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Cloud Management?

There could be instances that in the sending email interface the 'To' option is either blank orcould have your company shared mailbox by default. Not sure if this is something to do with the integration hence you to would need to check it everytime you are sending an email to make sure it will be sent to the correct recepient. The search functionality on the tools that I have currently does not contain closed cases so whenever I need to recheck my previous cases I cannot see it by just using keywords or names. I believe this is something to do with the access limitation, nevertheless ServiceNow is really a powerful tool that is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love this tool because it's so simple to use. The feature is being developed in a fantastic way. For supporting documents, KB and Articles are helpful. What do you like best about ServiceNow Cloud Management?

I was amazed that the Service now platform offers so many features to users, like a Database it provides CRUD of Tables inside our instance and also gives REST API explorer to use endpoints to do every method GET, PUT, POST, PATCH, DELETE.

Sometimes I faced this issue which is instance will go under maintenance, I don't whether this will apply only for free users or for Premium users too but maintenance time was more than 3 days that was a pretty long time which interrupted my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
