I'm not very tech savvy but I enjoy the ease of using ServiceNow. I also appreciate the accessability of customer support.

At this point- I'm fairly new to the platform. So I don't have any dislikes .

**What problems is ServiceNow Cloud Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, it allows for a smoother work process and the connection and automations of the apps that I use for work.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

The platform is providing seamless yet powerful experience. Ticketing of queries and concerns are superb and on point. I used to learn the tool in just like one training as it is rrally easy to use and understand. There's also integrated features that you can compose and send emails, comment some notes, attach files easily and post worknotes privately. You can also generate reports or simply go to your dashboard for insights and planning. Overall, using ServiceNow is really amazing!

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

There could be instances that in the sending email interface the 'To' option is either blank orcould have your company shared mailbox by default. Not sure if this is something to do with the integration hence you to  would need to check it everytime you are sending an email to make sure it will be sent to the correct recepient. The search functionality on the tools that I have currently does not contain closed cases so whenever I need to recheck my previous cases I cannot see it by just using keywords or names. I believe this is something to do with the access limitation, nevertheless ServiceNow is really a powerful tool that is easy to use.

**What problems is ServiceNow Cloud Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing is on ease . There's a lot of ways to filter case numbers, description, etc. Tracking progress of each cases is also good.

While ServiceNow does offer a range of customization options, delving into more complex customizations can sometimes feel like navigating a maze. It requires a deep understanding of the platform's intricacies and may lead to unforeseen challenges during upgrades or maintenance.

The UI interface could be a bit simpler. Try to add to much on he index screen is technically not serving its purpose instead making things more complex for navigating.

We deal with a multitude of systems and tools, leading to data silos and inefficient data exchange. ServiceNow acts as an integration hub, enabling seamless connectivity through its RESTful APIs and orchestration capabilities. 

Furthermore, ServiceNow excels in incident management, problem resolution, and change management, which are paramount in IT operations. Its ticketing system, service catalog, and reporting tools empower us to track, analyze, and resolve issues more effectively, reducing downtime and minimizing service disruptions.

Analytics of  predictive analytics, which leverages historical data also helps at picturising the results.

I love this tool because it's so simple to use. The feature is being developed in a fantastic way. For supporting documents, KB and Articles are helpful. The ServiceNow Community is a terrific resource, and most problems are solved there thanks to the technical person's clear explanations and presentations.

Product support and cost.The product raodmap dates are unclear

Each of the modules we chose is simple to use. The documentation is nicely kept. Simple to implement. For the admin team, it is simple to track changes. Reporting Module is Excellent for the Business Team.

I love the ServiceNow platform REST API Explorer, which offers endpoint links and storage ranges to store our data in its tables, and we can create our tables too.

Sometimes Instances don't work correctly, shows null responses, and we can't even contact support from their website, but whenever it works, it works completely fine and meets my expectations.

Before going into production, I will use ServiceNow cloud management to see the developed API behaviour, ease of use, metrics, and data maintenance utilising this platform.

This platform is relatively complex to use and setup. It has large number of features and it is difficult to understand all of the features and how they work together.

The interface is excellent and easy to follow. The dashboards are great. One of the best ticketing management solutions. It is highly customizable to suit your organization's needs.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

I am not a fan of the search feature. Queries to support are not met with an immediate response. I think the documentation is not beginner friendly. Also, you won't find many tutorials on the internet.

We have used ServiceNow Cloud Management as a ticketing and logging tool for one of our internal solutions. We have used the REST API endpoints for accessing and manipulating table data.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

I was amazed that the Service now platform offers so many features to users, like a Database it provides CRUD of Tables inside our instance and also gives REST API explorer to use endpoints to do every method GET, PUT, POST, PATCH, DELETE. 
REST API explorer is the one which I really like it seems really simple to use.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

Sometimes I faced this issue which is instance will go under maintenance, I don't whether this will apply only for free users or for Premium users too but maintenance time was more than 3 days that was a pretty long time which interrupted my work.

It is acting like a Database to save my tickets raised in my one of the POC application and I was using REST API services to do CRUD operations and as it is free to use I am relying on this platform.

Service now community version is available for free, and it's beneficial for storing data and creating your instance and tables are straightforward and user friendly. In Service Now, there is an N number of attributes for usage. And the best part of it was connecting ServiceNow with third-party apps was very easy.

I don't have any disliking things about ServiceNow, for my usability satisfies all of my necessities. And the instance waking up time is also awake for a very long time, and POST and GET of any data is straightforward.

ServiceNow Cloud offers a vast area to develop and store data by providing a different portal for developers and guiding users to the portal. We can use an instance Username and Password for HTTP Authentication, which provides an additional layer of security.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

There is no proper documentation in the platform for a developer using this as an IDE, and also, instances will go offline for some maintenance reasons, which is not cool.

**What problems is ServiceNow Cloud Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy integration with any REST API platform using endpoints provided in REST API explorer in this platform. We can also easily create tables with required data and manipulate them using REST API.
I used the extend tables feature for linking multiple tables and query parameters to return the required values.

When I was in the accounting department, it really helped a lot when organizing the assets and costs that we managed. As well is so easy to use for the amount of information that we manage. The interface and the way that is structured is very appeal.

To be honest I do not see where I can critique this program at all, it is very well optimized, fast, and appealing to work with. If there is a new job in accounting that I could have in the future, I would love to work with service now again.

Direct link to be very difficult to find and share, if you not included you need to search manually although its related to your department of client, some more flexibility needed

Servicenow has so many useful features and also has one of the best sprint dashboards for agile methodologies. The UI is user-friendly, easy dashboard creations and report generation.

Recommend to update some of the API documentation with detailed information.

Pretty much everything! Use it for our team Sprint dashboards and a ticketing system. We have most of our integrated and automated IT workflows in ServiceNow.

Snow is being the best cloud Ticket management software out in the market so there many features that I like.
Clean UI 
Easy Ticket dashboards and creations
Easy to generate reports
The best app for Ticket distribution and Ticket monitoring.

The only thing that I dislike is the when you open or create lots of dashboards it takes some time to load and seems to be a complex Ui in such an envionment.

Service Now Cloud Management makes it easy to access cases and documents from anywhere. All you need is a secure and stable internet connection.

The biggest issue I have found is if you have a spotty internet connection. It will take forever to load in those cases.

I like how I am able to create shortcut menus in order to choose the type of tickets I want to open or focus on, rather than look at a hundred plus tickets at once. It is more efficient to be able to sort the tickets by date or by the issue.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Cloud Management?**

I dislike the lack of instructions or tutorials to allow using ServiceNow easier or user friendly for first timers.

With ServiceNow Cloud Management, I am able to reach my SLAs each month and I am able to keep track of tickets over 30 minutes in the queue.
