I like to play the candidate's execution forward (and backward) and see where they got stuck or how they refactored their initial code. I also use the code challenge solutions in the rest of the interview process, especially if they made some mistakes, so I can also see how they react to feedback. It happened lately that I found that an exercise in one of my code challenges had changed. The new one was very similar, but not the same. We use Codility for many recruitment processes for development, QA, but also other tests and it has proven to be an amazing tool; what I like best about it is how versatile it is and all the options we have, we are to create to create new tests as needed. It's also nice to have a tool that serves as a first filter for candidates, even tho we do go through every test regardless of the results. Another great thing about Codility is that there is no need for the candidate or the interviewer to download a software, so it doesn't require a lot of preparation for either of the parties before the interview. Not being able to test UI candidates, it would be ideal to be able to code in HTML + CSS + Javascript, and see the resulting website, and also the fac that Codility's own UI is aimed only at programmers/developers and it can be quite intimidating for all other candidates that take for example a language skill test. The tool has very flexible options, it can be used both for applicant screening, evaluating result of trainings, competitions and many more without having to readjust too much. Generation of tasks has many options, and most of them are very intuitive to use and setup - you can create anything from a complex coding test to a simple questionnaire. Evaluation tools are also powerful and can be shared selectively, e.g. if the person receiving results shouldnt see personal details or if you want to see averages and performance of a group of people. it is seamlessly integrated with office 365, making it easy to use independent of location. The interface, especially for tasks a bit outside of the classic approach of coding tests, can be a bit tricky to maneuver. It often takes a few steps to find what you want, especially when creating a lot of new tasks. The actual task creation is great, but the higher level user interface sometimes leaves the user wondering where the required section is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is that creating tests take very little time, the questions are already in the question bank and if the results get leaked online, Codility notifies you immediately and suggests a similar alternative question. They also notify you if there is potential fraud in a candidates results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only place I see improvement for Codility at the moment is if the test links were to have a time limit. Making a link valid for say 2 weeks would keep the clutter down in your account.
