I don't recall how I received final feedback on my code submission. I think that aspect was out of Codility's hands and instead was handled by the interviewing company. The initial feedback I recall was a lot of info, and I seem to recall having difficulty retrieving that info at a later time. Codility saves my company massive amounts of time talking to the wrong people. There are many articulate people with poor technical skills. I have used Codility for many years. My only complaint is that some positions I've hired for have not had Codility problems. Codility did let me create my own problems, which is fantastic. I would like to auto-grade these problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Friendly UI for us internally and for candidates. Great user experience on both fronts. Ease of use and folder management. Ability to create challenges in house or generate a general test from Codility. Option to create link to send to candidates or use their emailing functionality. One thing that we dislike most, is adding new user administrators to the list of internal admins to receive email notification of scores once completed by the candidate. Currently, you need to click the test, edit button on test, and get through 4 steps and too many clicks to finally get to the "add admin" email on bottom of the page. This was difficult to find in the first place, and too many clicks to get there. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to play the candidate's execution forward (and backward) and see where they got stuck or how they refactored their initial code. I also use the code challenge solutions in the rest of the interview process, especially if they made some mistakes, so I can also see how they react to feedback. It happened lately that I found that an exercise in one of my code challenges had changed. The new one was very similar, but not the same. I believe this changes need to be communicated before they happen. I would like to offer the same code challenge to all the candidates I get for a position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
