**What do you like best about Cockpit?**

We really feel that the AI accompanies us in our daily lives, providing additional information or saving us a lot of time in our usual tasks. The simplicity of use, the fact that it can adapt to our needs quite easily, and the efficiency of the tool and its various services make it a must-have! Moreover, the team is super responsive, and product updates arrive frequently to our greatest delight.

**What do you dislike about Cockpit?**

As a small organization, we would have liked the ability to make certain meetings private, but by the time I wrote this comment, they had already announced the update, so it’s perfect.

**What problems is Cockpit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a quick, simple, and effective solution to analyze all our sales calls. Many tools already exist, but they often have too many features that we don’t use and can’t disable. Moreover, Cockpit’s transcription is far superior to the competition, which allows us to achieve much better results.

**What do you like best about Cockpit?**

Cockpit has literally changed the way I pilot my sales and coach them. I can now get a real visual idea of their level and target the best coaching sessions accordingly. The quality of the transcript is astounding, and saves my teams an enormous amount of time thanks to the quality summaries during pipe transfers, for example.

no missteps so far, just one thing to look forward to: their next features coming out soon.

RecordX has made it much easier for my teams to collaborate and share best practices. Everyone was managing their own calls, and I was keen to establish a better culture of mutual support and coaching.

Cockpit is a simple and easy-to-use platform. As a customer success manager, I rely on it for every call. It helps me review calls quickly before important meetings and create actionable plans. The new AI feature is a game-changer, allowing me to ask questions and get immediate answers, draft follow-up items, and create "game plans" to better serve my clients. Cockpit significantly enhances my job performance.

I honestly can't think of any downsides. I would like to see more AI features and expanded integrations in the future.

Cockpit helps me remember customer calls and outlines action items, freeing up my mental resources. It also highlights the voice of the customer in our remote work environment, allowing dev teams and product managers to hear directly from customers and understand the importance of their feedback. There are still a few features missing, but the team is making rapid progress, and by September (24)  it will be the best platform on the market.

It allows me to quickly understand at what point in the sales cycle sales reps have a conversion problem, and what elements need to be corrected in the sales pitch and in the handling of objections.

Cockpit is the best tool for sales enablement. After 2 months, I noticed a serious increase in the knowledge of my teams, and this was also reflected in the business results. Our top performers were even better, and the others improved radically!
Notice : Really easy to implement, top customer service and well integrate to my crm.

Honestly, I don't see anything. As I said, their tools were really effective for my business. And I've never seen that anywhere else.

I would appreciate a proactive assistant to optimize my trackers and make recommendations. Instead of just snippets, receiving a summary with the option to click for more details would be ideal. Summaries are crucial.

I'm a huge fan of the built-in AI and the call summaries, which can be sent to meeting attendees and others to confirm what was discussed and summarize the follow-ups. The summary is remarkably accurate and saves substantial time on recording notes and summarizing meetings and to-dos.
