**What do you like best about BIK?**

I use BIK for customer support, sending marketing emails, and WhatsApp messages. I like that it consolidates all our customer data and communications from platforms like Instagram and Facebook into one software. It's quite simple to use, which makes it user-friendly. I find the campaign sending feature easy to handle, and even with team members using TikTok, it's very easy to navigate. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the support from their team.

**What do you dislike about BIK?**

I find their mobile app a bit lagging; it loads a little too much and sometimes doesn't work as well as it should. Also, on the laptop, I have to constantly refresh it to get new notifications.

**What problems is BIK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find BIK centralizes our customer data and communication channels like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp into one platform, and it's quite simple to use.

1. A couple of basic use cases are not available, which we want - like label-based segmentation, to differentiate between first-time (could be existing customer) & second-time buyers of a particular product

**What do you like best about BIK?**

Everything is under a single roof.
Easy to navigate between messages across various Meta Business channels. Integration is wonderful with other services like Shopify and Meta.

Our team use BIK daily, actually we work on it for the entire 8 hours. Messaging is very easy.

The assistance from the team needs to be mentioned specifically. They respond quickly and resolve issues at the earliest.

The new features like tasks and the priority level of tickets are helpful.

Would  be great if there is a significant change in appearance of WA, IG, FB and email tickets.

**What do you dislike about BIK?**

The messages typed will not be saved when we move to another feature.

Edited: The BIK team has introduced this feature and I'm quite impressed by this.

So I have a couple of more to add now :-)
It is unable to search in tickets using any keywords.
The messages before  prior to 3 months disappear, which is inconvenient. We need the previous conversations with the customer  to be visible.

BIK is making it easy to communicate with our customer base. We're able to establish a stable base to interact with the customers and assist them on time. It doed not feel like we're messaging in social media platforms, it provides a professional infrastructure.

The platform is very easy to use and has great features. Making it very handy to analyze the message flow and reach out to various customer segments.

Earlier, it had a limit of sending messages to 1000 contacts a day, but this has now been resolved. Thanks to the team.

**What do you like best about BIK?**

The best thing about BIK is that it gets all things under one roof with insane flexibilities. WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, Facebook, all platforms are integrated so the support inbox is just one and the flow builder make it simpler for myself to go WhatsApp campaigns. They even help in building flows if we are stuck somewhere and we use it everyday. Not a lot of platforms have the entire feature set that BIK has.

So far everything is fine and there is nothing to not like about the tool.

The tool is very good and easy to use. We can get the whole work done and implement easily. The customer support is very good and ready to help. We use Bik everyday and it helps us ease the day to day operations. The Flows and Campaign creation features are good to use. We were able to integrate with Shopify and it is good.

I have used plenty of softwares for my business, but nothing comes close to what bik offers. Their system is seamless and integrates with no hassles. All our marketing is done through Bik like WhatsApp , sms , email and social media platforms. It's like a one stop for all your marketing needs. The support team is the best, always available- kudos to Sudharshan and vidushi from the team.

The centralised theme makes it a great tool for startups who are looking to go cost effective. Everything can be managed from a single tool. But, has huge list of cons rather than pros.

New in the industry, lacks industry standard features. Claims to have "AI" and to be at par with MarTech leaders but that is completely untrue.

It has multiple features. It would be really helpful if one could get a handy tutorial to explore.

The support from team is amazing. They resolved my queries within couple of hours whenever I raised them.

I believe the payment system can be improved. More journeys could be added. Right now the customer support is limited to issues raised by customers, instead it should become a customer success team where they work proactively with the customers to create campaigns, improve the ROI by suggesting different templates which are working / not working for other brands.

BIK is an easy automation tool for E-mail, whatsapp and Meta. The customer support is superb an it is very easy to use. It helped us increase our revenue through E-mail and also to build crossover journeys, which is a feature i haven't seen that good. The guidance through the implementation was amazing by the onboarding team and they are so fast with their replies.

As we are the first company from germany using it, there were some issues regarding our own letters and the country specific regulations, but the customer support helped us through all these problems in a second.

Bik has significantly improved our engagement rates, leading to remarkable repeat rates.
You get all the possible events and properties to personalize the experience. their support team is proactive and always available to help. I've observed them evolving the product based on client feedback and requests.

Their email pipeline is not yet ready and Sendgrid doesn't give that good ROAS because of higher cost.

Bik has helped us to recover cart abandoners and retain existing customers without hammering them with tons of messages. Bik has also helped us manage Instagram engagements.

I liked the Chatbot functionality the most which has helped us in attending multiple chats at scale. This has improved our customer experience by length as they need not wait anymore for a response allowing us to selectively use our bandwidth to priority customers.

Current BIK lacks NLP functionality even though 95% of my use cases are solved with existing solution. But it would be great if they could implement it with 99.99% accuracy.
