I like how easy it is to use the platform because it's very user-friendly. BIK comes with multiple features like scheduling WhatsApp messages, editing images, sending reminders, and assigning chats to others. These features make it very easy for us and our customers, enhancing the user experience overall. Also, their team was very helpful with the setup process, which made getting started with BIK easy. I feel the BIK mobile version is a bit difficult. It hangs a lot, and the messages often don't load on that. That is one issue that I have. Other than that, all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. A couple of basic use cases are not available, which we want - like label-based segmentation, to differentiate between first-time (could be existing customer) & second-time buyers of a particular product

Everything is under a single roof.

Easy to navigate between messages across various Meta Business channels. Integration is wonderful with other services like Shopify and Meta.

Our team use BIK daily, actually we work on it for the entire 8 hours. Messaging is very easy.

The assistance from the team needs to be mentioned specifically. They respond quickly and resolve issues at the earliest.

The new features like tasks and the priority level of tickets are helpful.

The messages typed will not be saved when we move to another feature.

It is unable to search in tickets using any keywords.
