Ideal for a company who don't have resources to create and maintain integration with courier partner. They have everything you need for a complete integration from order handling, tracking, communicating to customers - email, message or whatsapp. Their support is great that in case of issues, they would quickly help resolve it for you. Also custom integration and companies specific requirement are also handled by them. **What do you dislike about ClickPost?** Feature discovery could have been better. Although their support is good, good documentation for all features would be helpful. **What problems is ClickPost solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Order shipments and tracking 2.
