There's no need of opening different orders separately or under different tabs. **What do you dislike about Vin OMS?** Not much, but the most annoying part of this tool is that it doesn't stay logged in for a long period of time. It auto-logs off after a particular time period, even while the page is open, and in the middle of accessing an order. Additionally, it tends to lag way too much at times. The UI could also be better. **What problems is Vin OMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It displays customer's address, order status, tracking information, return status, cancellations and holding orders and order allocations to a specific location. Along with this, every move made by a particular user/store/warehouse shows up under the Activity info, which doesn't seem very important but is an integral part. ### 3. It provides multi-channel order and inventory management in one place. b) We can use a handheld mobile scanner for put-away and picking, enabling faster and accurate picking/put-away rather than the manual process. c) Once the picklist is generated, this system automatically shows the following location on the mobile scanner, so users don't have to refer to the paper. d) We can update SKU images in master. The same get shown on a handheld device at the time of picking, which helps to identify and pick SKU faster. e) We can integrate it with shipping partners like Shiprocket.
