Their dashboard is great! Before ChargeFlow, we would have to track chargeback results manually. ChargeFlow makes it pretty simple and easy to view.

Autopilot Chargeback Management, but the 20–25% Recovery Fee Adds Up

The biggest thing for me is how hands-off it is. Once everything is connected, it basically runs on autopilot. I don’t have to sit there gathering evidence or going back and forth with banks anymore—it takes care of the entire chargeback process from start to finish. That alone saves me a ton of time, especially when I’m already busy running the business.
