Is Chargeflow free, or does it offer a free trial?

Chargeflow does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Chargeflow cost in 2026?

Pricing details for Chargeflow are not publicly listed. Users should visit the Chargeflow, Inc.'s official pricing page or contact the vendor directly for current pricing information.

Who is Chargeflow pricing best suited for?

Chargeflow's pricing is best suited for small e-commerce businesses on Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal that face recurring fraudulent or friendly-fraud chargebacks but lack internal resources to manage disputes manually. The overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers of Chargeflow are small businesses in retail, apparel, consumer goods, and health and wellness — segments where time savings and automation justify the 25% success fee. High-ticket merchants get outsized ROI, as one G2 reviewer selling high-ticket items explicitly noted that recovering 75% of a large chargeback still makes financial sense. The model is less attractive for high-volume, low-margin businesses where the 25% cut compounds quickly.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Chargeflow?

Chargeflow does not offer a traditional free tier. Instead, G2's pricing data for Chargeflow shows a single pay-as-you-go plan with no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no contracts. A free trial is available for evaluation. The core model charges 25% of successfully recovered chargebacks only — no win, no fee. G2 reviewers frequently cite the alerts add-on (noted at $39 per alert by multiple reviewers) as a separate cost on top of the success fee. Enterprise buyers can request custom quotes. There is no lower-cost or feature-restricted entry tier to compare against a premium one.

"Chargeflow Recovers My Lost Sales With Speed and Low Cost"

5/5

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

What I find most useful in Chargeflow is how quickly it handles dispute responses. The automation ensures that every case is answered immediately and with complete evidence. The biggest advantage is that they recover money that would otherwise be lost. Even in situations where the sale seems unrecoverable, they are still able to win the dispute. Their fee structure is also very favorable, because the amount they charge is low compared to the value of the disputes they successfully recover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

The main disadvantage of Chargeflow is that in very similar disputes, especially those that were previously lost, it can sometimes submit nearly the same set of evidence. When a certain argument has already failed with the issuer, repeating the same approach makes it less likely to succeed in future cases of the same type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chargeflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chargeflow solves a major problem in my business by handling disputes that would otherwise be lost. In many cases, I would not have the time or resources to gather evidence and respond properly, which means the sale would simply be gone. Chargeflow steps in, manages the entire dispute process, and often recovers the transaction for me. This restores revenue that I would not recover on my own. The fee they charge is small compared to the value of the disputes they win, so the service ends up being highly cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Avoid! Unauthorized evidence submission, falsified information, lost an easily winnable dispute."

0/5

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

I cannot identify any reason to use or recommend this app. It was installed on my Stripe account without my knowledge and caused significant financial harm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

Chargeflow submitted dispute evidence on my behalf at 2:11 AM, 47 minutes after I received the dispute notification, giving me no opportunity to review or submit my own evidence. The evidence submitted was generic AI slop containing completely falsified information about my business — including a fictional shipping address in Springfield IL, a $10 shipping fee I never charged, and references to a shipping policy that doesn't exist. I run a consultation service and do not sell or ship products. As a direct result, I lost a dispute I would have won. The issuing bank's decision letter stated exactly what evidence was needed, which I had available but couldn't submit because Chargeflow had already closed the submission window.

Update 7/29/26: Chargeflow responded to my review claiming this issue was “resolved,” so I want to be clear about what “resolution” looked like in my experience.

Chargeflow contacted me on 3/31/26, admitted fault, and offered to compensate me for my losses. They then withheld the compensation I was rightfully owed unless I would give them a five-star review on TrustPilot. This violates both FTC rules and TrustPilot’s ToS. After a week of arguing and delayed responses on their end, they finally agreed to send the compensation I was owed in exchange for a three-star review.

Four hours after I received the compensation, they fraudulently charged my account a $52 “cancellation fee” that was never disclosed. They claimed it was because I canceled my account while they were still working on open disputes, which was completely false. This charge happened after they had supposedly removed all of my info from their platform at my request. When I demanded a refund, I was told the charge occurred “automatically” and couldn’t be stopped—so why couldn’t it be disclosed in the first place?

After receiving the refund, I told Chargeflow I would update my TrustPilot review to honestly reflect the full experience, including that the issue was eventually resolved (though only after significant effort on my part). However, I would not change the one-star rating, because no part of this experience deserved more. Even then, they continued to contact me for several more days asking for a better review.

On 7/15/26, three months after this issue was supposedly resolved, Chargeflow had my honest, factual review removed from TrustPilot by claiming it was fake. I spent a week sending TrustPilot documentation of all of my interactions with this company, which supports everything I’ve described both here and in my TrustPilot review. My one-star review was ultimately restored.

While I did eventually receive compensation for the damage and a refund for the fraudulent charge, it only happened after significant time and effort on my part. Chargeflow also continues to try to remove or discredit my honest reviews. In my opinion, this company’s practices are dishonest and unethical, and I advise other business owners to avoid them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chargeflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chargeflow did not solve any problems for my business — it created them. The app was installed on my Stripe account without my knowledge and submitted unauthorized, falsified dispute evidence on my behalf, directly causing me to lose a dispute I would have won. It has cost me $680 in losses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
