"Seamless Multi-MID Payments with Robust Tracking and No Issues So Far"

What do you like best about NMI Gateway?

Multi-MID (merchant identification number)

One platform to accept regional and offshore payments. We are able to transfer money inbetween two branches locally, and from the same Gateway internation payments can be taken, and it keeps a seperate accounting on both types of payments.

All the data is saved, each transaction is unique and has unique ID, we can look for transactions, who made the transaction, if the transaction was approved of No fraudulant. etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?

So far we have not run into any issue with this tool but we are trying to See if we can launch it instead of Paymentus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NMI Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about NMI Gateway?

I like how NMI Gateway makes payment processing easy and it also comes with features that makes managing payments easy.

It is very secure and makes it possible for our business to offer branded payment and it supports multiple online payment methods.

"NMI is all you need"

What do you like best about NMI Gateway?

NMI is a simple, secure solution; we use it every day; the best thing is the user rights, we have a massive team of 100 plus that uses this, and they can be sectioned into sales and have a team that manages recurring payments etc.. the usability is effortless. The reporting is sport on simple allowing you to view a wide verity of how the payment was captured from settlement type to dates and amounts and names etc... What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?

I don't have anything to dislike about NMI. I sat here for a moment to think, hmmmmm what sucks about NMI??? What is it they could do better??? Currently, I don't think it needs any improvements; even if NMI is having an issue, they have a section showing the site is running slower then usual and a fix in progress.. What do you like best about NMI Gateway?

They have an intuitive platform and have always been right on the spot with any help requests. It's straightforward to track the history of activities for customers, take orders on the spot, set up programmed interval payments, and get reports as needed. Always accurate. Their quick-click order link generation system makes it possible to set up purchases in any environment, whether directly integrated or not. Pricing is excellent, and they have always been fair and reliable, particularly with chargeback request resolutions. Now, being directly integrated with Go High Level, they're absolutely going to be my go-to processor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The gateway is relatively easy to understand how to get it to function and how to make getting paid easy. There are various ways one can go about doing this - whether by connecting it to a website or going through invoices that get sent to customers, it's a great way to make it happen. The quick transaction search at the top; I use this function all the time, but I wish you could set your own default parameters for the search. I would love the ability to change it to a year or 18 months back instead of the six months it is at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
