I wish more companies were a part of this platform. The admin website could use an upgrade to minimize the menu options. There are things like finances that could live together and not on separte tabs/pages. **Recommendations to others considering Sezzle:** If you want to see your audience grow along with sales, this platform is great for anyone trying to boost sales of higher end items or bulk/wholesale merchandise. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** It isn't easy to work with Sezzle for numerous reasons. Please read about my experience below. **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I made a purchase on the Sezzle website about three months ago. At the same time, I purchased my product; I also enrolled in the Sezzle Premium plan for $9.99/month. The purchase, delivery and my first two payments went as planned without any issues. However, when I tried paying off my account balance, which included the 3rd and 4th scheduled payments on my account, I could not do so on the Sezzle website (sezzle.com) or via the Sezzle mobile app. After contacting Sezzle support, Sezzle claims that somehow the payment portal attached to my account is not working properly and, therefore, cannot process any payments. Between voice and website chat, I have since contacted Sezzle support seven different times now, with supporting evidence of each interaction. The issue on my account has been escalated on four separate occasions, each time with a Sezzle support agent telling me the issue would be researched and that someone from Sezzle would be reaching out to me with a resolution or solution. One month into the process (and after four escalations), I still have not been contacted back by Sezzle support. It absolutely baffles me that this business is unable to accept or process my payment... by phone, website or mobile app. I just don't understand. Sezzle indicates that they report to the major credit bureaus. The last thing I need is for this company to report my account as late or unpaid to the credit bureaus due to whatever internal issues they are experiencing. I am unable to reach anyone of authority with this company. I cannot locate corporate headquarters numbers for them either. I have been more than patient with them, but this is absolutely ridiculous at this point. What am I to do? I am at a complete loss for options and words. How is it possible I cannot receive any support on this issue? This is so disheartening. ### 7. They have filed a late charge against me for no logical reason keep in mind the amount is for $3.98 and even though I have 3 solid cc's connected to my account that the money could have been drawn from! It is because I filed a dispute against them that they have held up my account keeping in mind that I closed the dispute which should have been resolved the same day but they first told me it could be 30 days to correct and now they are telling me it could be much longer. They are a bunch of liars! J.P.Morgan advised me the matter should have been cleared up immediately and Sezzle is saying now up to 60 days or more???? Who do you believe? Sezzle or one of the oldest and largest financial institutions in the world??? My bet is on J.P. Morgan!!!!!! Sezzle is just mad and they are trying to punish me for filing a dispute against them. The only reason Inresorted to that is the retailer canceled my order and gave me a credit with their shop and I wanted a refund instead. The retailer never notified me or gave me a choice it was so bogus! And this entire matter is over $3.98. Believe me when my account is resolved sometime in the future I will be closing it and NEVER using them again. In the beginning, we were told, that Sezzle would work for our website. So we did the onboarding call and we internally approved Sezzle, just to find out that we are not able to use it because our country is not selectable on their website. We were still confirmed that our country was approved for Sezzle, but the problem was that it wasn't listed on their website. So we were told to get other referral companies in our country that together would get the value of 10M a year for them to add our country to their website. Happened a week before our website launch, so great timing as well. Federally legal, farm bill compliant hemp products with visible COAs on site. Sezzle services all the major online CBD companies and thousands of headshops. They did this while working proudly with the rest of the online cbd industry. It's their choice, their platform. The thing that showed their true colors was when I emailed them to see exactly what the issue was that resulted in their decision; they ghosted me. I just wanted to know if there is something maybe that we need to fix on our end. Set up was easy, support is excellent, and most importantly, our customers like Sezzle and Sezzle provided a sales lift. Purchase support for both sales and refunds is accurate and timely. **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** Nothing to dislike at this time as we are very pleased with Sezzle. **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to provide our customers with a Buy Now, Pay Later solution. This was a huge selling point for us, as we don't have a ton of customers use Sezzle, so we don't always need to immediately pull the funds. **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** The transaction rate is a little higher than some other options we've seen, including our previous pay later option, ViaBill. **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a couple of products on our website that are over $100, with a couple at almost $400. Sezzle is a great way to make customers feel more comfortable with spending full retail on items and not always desperately searching for discounts and promos. ### 39.
