I like how CareStack is built to make things easier for you. There are helpful checks and popups in place to make sure you're doing things right and working with the correct information. I think the only reason I initially thought it was intimidating is because you can tell there are SO many features included in carestack. However, through onboarding, the implementation process, etc, I learned that these are typically set in place to help you succeed.
