What do you like best about CareStack?

I like how CareStack is built to make things easier for you. There are helpful checks and popups in place to make sure you're doing things right and working with the correct information. I also love how there are SO many resources to learn the system and succeed. I have never gone more than 15 minutes without some sort of insight from either an article, video, or customer support. I love how easy it is to train people on as well. There are so many things that make this easy to implement and integrate into our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

I think the only reason I initially thought it was intimidating is because you can tell there are SO many features included in carestack. However, through onboarding, the implementation process, etc, I learned that these are typically set in place to help you succeed. What do you like best about CareStack?

We came from an archaic system so all the features of CareStack are a win, but our favorite is the collaboration between payment processing and the ledger and the ease of scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CareStack is geared for general practices. We are a pediatric practice and there are some features and KPI's that simply don't apply but CareStack has been receptive to making changes based on how we operate our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
