I like how CareStack is built to make things easier for you. There are helpful checks and popups in place to make sure you're doing things right and working with the correct information. I also love how there are SO many resources to learn the system and succeed. I have never gone more than 15 minutes without some sort of insight from either an article, video, or customer support. I think the only reason I initially thought it was intimidating is because you can tell there are SO many features included in carestack. However, through onboarding, the implementation process, etc, I learned that these are typically set in place to help you succeed. We came from an archaic system so all the features of CareStack are a win, but our favorite is the collaboration between payment processing and the ledger and the ease of scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had a great experience with CareStack. Even when we run into any hiccups they are quick to help and the streamlined interface is easy to use even when they have updates it is quick to get used to.
