Our practice switched from Dentrix to CareStack and couldn't be more pleased with our decision. Jamie, Mariann, and Sankar have been excellent to work with and have guided us every step of the way. They are very responsive and helpful and our transition was so smooth. Being able to text to pay from the insurance payment page is a huge plus. CareStack also has native phones and payment processing that integrate so well and provide a lot of capabilities like transcriptions, AI summaries, and automatic writebacks. Claims management is an easy process and attachments are all done inside the system and easy to upload. The overall ease of use and being able to be so efficient has made our day-to-day much smoother.

What I liked most about CareStack is that it’s an all-in-one platform. It offers, or is compatible with, many platforms (Overjet voice, Dosespot), which helps our office run smoothly.

I like the dental charting and the notes.
