The image quality is excellent—clear, sharp, and precise—which makes it so much easier to spot even the smallest issues. It's definitely helped with diagnosing problems earlier and more accurately. The software is pretty easy to navigate, which is a big plus. I didn’t have to spend a ton of time learning how to use it, and it integrates smoothly with my other systems. The images load fast, and I love that I can make adjustments and enhancements directly within the software. On top of that, their customer service has been really solid. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to help and always provide useful info. For me, the best part is how it improves patient communication. Being able to show them exactly what’s going on with high-quality images gives them a better understanding and builds trust. Overall, I’m really happy with Dexis and would definitely recommend it to any dental office looking for reliable imaging. **What do you dislike about DEXIS Imaging Suite?** Dexis sensor pricing can be costly, and the sensors also tend to break fairly often. The hardware feels like it could use improvement, especially around the USB plug area. We’ve had a couple of sensors fail because the USB plug broke and/or the wires started fraying. Sometimes it does not show up when you open a patient's chart, but that happens very rarely. It’s user friendly and super easy to find a patients X-rays all you have to do is search by last name, first name. I like how the software can also import and export xrays. You can move the images around and make them bigger and control the contrast and brightness. Everything is dated and all the teeth numbers or area range is specified. **What do you dislike about DEXIS Imaging Suite?** The thing id have to say I dislike is when taking an image occasionally the picture will go to where all the other xrays are rather then going straight to being ready to take another new film. **What problems is DEXIS Imaging Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dexis is a big deal at my job. It has a great CariVue camera, x-ray sensor, and the ability to work with our Eaglesoft software. It simplifies our in chair patient experience and makes things go by quicker. **What do you dislike about DEXIS Imaging Suite?** There is not much to dislike about Dexis. It works great, the ease of learning how to work the software is there and It has never given our practice a reason to dislike it. **What problems is DEXIS Imaging Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Dexis we are able to view all of our imaging per patient in one place. It keeps all of the images organized via date, and type of image. It makes it a lot easier to locate a specific image if needed. Ability to upload images from other offices. Ability to send images if patients being referred to a specialist. Easy to take and upload new x-rays with appropriate placement and number charting.
