I have had a great experience with CareStack. Even when we run into any hiccups they are quick to help and the streamlined interface is easy to use even when they have updates it is quick to get used to. The team and customer care is quick, friendly and efficient. I have no issues. Would recommend 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few limitations to the software such as some insurance details of coverage, but carestack is very active in listening to their users and making updates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been in the dental field for 20 years, and using Carestack has been one of the best dental software's I have used. You have everything in one place from an amazing referral portal to submitting an auth and all the reports you can run in one software is amazing. the most helpful thing about carestack is the patient's chart. there are several options, conditions, treatment codes etc that we can enter and make the patient's chart as detailed as possible. I also really like how i can right click on a patients appointment and i can pull up eligibility, documents, memos, and ledger without opening another tab. Also not to mention the excellent customer support and educational videos on how to naviagte the software is impecable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful in my opinion would be the lack of specification on tooth numbers for the alternate benefit tab in insurance. For example, some policies only apply an alternate benefit on "Molars Only" not pre molars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
