Undoing something. It is difficult to undo or change something. Most changes to incorrect codes need to be deleted and reentered instead of being able to alter them. Most changes have to be made in the chart tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

CareStack is all encompassing. From patient workflows to big picture analytics, they have truly thought out all of the needs of their consumers. With any software, there is a learning curve, but their support and implementation teams are there to help you achieve your goals and use the software to its fullest. We have really enjoyed the digital workflows and customizable forms, letters and patient communications templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

We have only been using the software for 3 months, so I would say that the only downside at this time is time. This is such a robust software that we haven't even touched on some of the amazing features of the software.

The most helpful element to our implementation would have been to have a team member onsite for our go-live day to be able to correct us and work with us hand in hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
