What do you like best about CareStack?

Being in the dental field for almost ten years I have worked with many practice management softwares..... but nothing truly compares to carestack. We have chosen to go all in with carestack using their phone system, payment systems, insurance system, and imaging systems - and having everything integrated is a game changer. It was a little challenging at first taking a 20 year old practice and switching it over to a new software but I will say the team at Carestack walked us through every step of the transition. Even now they continuously check in on us, and whenever we have questions they are always so kind to help us get answers. Mario and Mariann were are main points of contact and they have been tremendously helpful! Anyone in the market for a fully integrated cloud-based software should definitely go with Carestack! What do you dislike about CareStack?

What do you like best about CareStack?

The ease of use. Each function of CareStack is simple, yet detailed. We had many sessions of training to make implementation easy. Now that I am using CareStack daily I am able to get my workflow simplified. If I have had an issue, customer support is very helpful to get it figured out. What do you dislike about CareStack?

The Ortho Case Module- needs to be enhanced to be able to choose if you want to make a Patient Production Schedule or not. Also enhance it to be Patient Collection Schedule since production is counted at initial bonding date and not throughout treatment in Ortho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

What do you like best about CareStack?

There are so many things you can do within this platform from scheduling to notes to ipad function to reports to taking payments and many more functions. There's ability to parts of it too to fit what our needs are. I like the built in help tutorials when I need to reference how to find or do something, and customer service is right there to help if needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
