**What do you like best about Overjet AI?**

Good sales team - but they overpromised.

**What do you dislike about Overjet AI?**

There are way too many false positives and it is detrimental to the profession to enable products like this to continue to operate because it undermines the credibility of providers.

**What problems is Overjet AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was promised it would aid in streamlining treatment planning, case acceptance and accelerate claim payments, but none of it was true. All smoke and mirrors.
