**What do you like best about VoiceStack?**

The AI Call Intelligence wrote the call summary back into Carestack and was visible in the Voicestack app. The number of analytics available was insane and super helpful for management.

**What do you dislike about VoiceStack?**

The phone app is light years behind the desktop app. Voicestack was basically inaccessible when you weren't on a computer/laptop.
