What do you like best about CareStack?

All inclusive with ability to add useful 3rd party integrations for imaging, RX, phone/communications and payments (and more)! Implementation was easy, smooth to get everything set up! As a high volume practice, the frequency of using the same work flow from patient to patient makes it easy to learn and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

Talking to bots, but you can easily get in touch with a human by phone, email or chat. You can work directly with an account manager who will meet with you monthly or quarterly after your initial onbaording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

Carestack is super easy to use! I work remotely and I love how i don't have to use a secondary service to access the PMS. Also the customer support is AMAZING! Super easy to chat with and 9/10 get my concerns resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

WE came from a software that after 22 years with them, they changed almost nothing. It was very cookie cutter. CareStack makes my office feel unique and customizes our software to work for us. What do you like best about CareStack?

The reporting portion of Carestack has been a huge perk for our practice. The ease of New Patient Forms being automatically sent has been super helpful as.well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

Love the customer service and team we've been working with. We switched to the CareStack platform about 6 months ago and we love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

We are a non-network provider but would still like to offer insurance claims to our patients to submit themselves. Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way to generate an insurance form unless we are submitting directly to insurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

Carestack has changed the DPM software game. I’ve used Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, and Softdent. Carestack has non of the bloat of the traditional DPM software. Customer service is by far the best and they take your feedback seriously and notice changes almost immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

Carestack is cloud based, no internet means no access to patient files. One workaround is by using cellular hotspot for temporary purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
