**What do you like best about WorkSmart?**

I find WorkSmart really effective for managing tasks, as it allows me to easily track my current workload through my To Do List, file related documents, and keep all related correspondence organized. I also like how I can add notes and reply to emails directly from within WorkSmart, which makes my workflow smoother. The initial setup was fairly easy once I understood the different sections.

**What do you dislike about WorkSmart?**

I would like to see improvements on reporting. Where we could run basic reports by document or file attributes instead of just by tasks in an interface that’s easy to use.

**What problems is WorkSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkSmart helps with document management and provides a solid workflow solution. It makes it easy to track tasks, file documents, add notes, and handle related correspondence directly, streamlining my workload effectively.

I like WorkSmart's ability to create workflows from documents, which allows us to place a document in a customer file and create a workflow from that document. This feature ensures that all personnel are working within the same procedure parameters set by the workflow, creating uniform workflows across tasks and improving our organization.

**What do you dislike about WorkSmart?**

Could use some better reporting off from the tasks, looking forward to being able to interact with AI for reporting

I use WorkSmart to create uniform workflows, allowing all personnel to work within the same procedure parameters by placing documents into customer files and generating workflows from them.

I like using WorkSmart for document management and workflows. It serves as a digital filing cabinet, allowing me to organize all the documents for a client in one location. I appreciate being able to work creatively to guide documents to where they need to go and create tasks to work through processes. Additionally, I enjoy being able to affect change with the workflows.

Feature parity between desktop and browser

I use WorkSmart to manage documents and workflows, solving organization issues by keeping all client documents in one location. It lets me creatively guide documents and create tasks to streamline processes.

I like WorkSmart for its layout and ease of transferring business between employees. The task views are handy, and the management reports help me see who is too busy or has the capacity to help. I find the simplified and consistent process and the ease of finding documents particularly useful. The initial setup was very involved, but I appreciated the good team support that helped make it smoother.

Easier to edit workflows or add workflows as needs evolve.

I use WorkSmart for all agent management and workflows. It simplifies and standardizes processes, making it easier to find documents.

**What do you like best about WorkSmart?**

I like how easy the file tree is in WorkSmart. It makes filing documents and tasks much simpler. I also appreciate being able to locate items quickly using the info tab and enjoy how WorkSmart breaks down the folder structure by year and policy. The initial setup was easy with no issues, and I highly recommend it with a perfect score of 10.

The speed can be slow and exporting large documents are slow.

WorkSmart makes finding documents easy and managing daily tasks more controlled by breaking down folders into years and policies.

I like the search feature for previously added information and the filing system for important information and documents in WorkSmart. It's really helpful for seeing the history of policy and client activity, which allows me to best serve clients. The setup and use of WorkSmart was easy to navigate, which is a big plus.

I use WorkSmart to document client communications and policy activities. The search feature and filing system help me see the history of policy and client activity, which is great for serving clients better.

I like WorkSmart for its usability and the ability to drag and drop to move stuff around. I also find the preview pane helpful.  Email from IR is helpful

**What do you dislike about WorkSmart?**

I dislike the email function. Large files can't be added; 35 megabytes is the limit. The initial setup was difficult.

I use WorkSmart for data storage and workflows. It solves our need for a more reliable data storage system.

I find the email receivers lacking in customization and the ability to read emails and file them correctly.

I like WorkSmart for its ease of use, and I find it helpful for handling documents and storage.

I don't like that WorkSmart feels clunky. The initial setup took more time than expected and I feel it needs updating. The old programming aspect is problematic and it seems like it requires an upgrade.

I really appreciated our amazing experience with Ryan Houston as our trainer when we started using WorkSmart. I like the document management and workflows. I also enjoy how well the email servers work with WorkSmart.

sometimes moving content from AMS to IR is cumbersome

I like the integration feature of WorkSmart. It really helps stay organized by creating the Imageright file automatically when we create an AMS customer. The initial setup was easy, which added to the seamless experience.

I really like how you can organize your documents by document type without having to rely heavily on a strict naming convention.

The reporting capabilities are lacking. When trying to run reports, the data is not always accurate.

We have a workflow for marketing that allows us to track carrier responses which is super helpful.

We are not a huge fan of BPR, and frustrated that the new reporting comes with a large price.

It has some abilities to be organized.  Looks good and has a user friendly UI.

**What do you dislike about WorkSmart?**

connect breaks frequently needs to be deleted and reinstalled.  There is a huge lift to get this up and running.  Followup training is needed once people understand how it works.  We had numerous issues with Synching.  Cannot recommend enough getting admin training for your admins.  We have not seen any efficiency gains in one year.

It has created more than it has solved.

I enjoy how you can view documents once attached without having to open another tab and then clicking the link for the attachment to open in another window!

**What do you dislike about WorkSmart?**

Some down time and for certain workflows/processes, feels as though you can be doing duplicate and triple workload for one account/work flow.

There is ease of use in many factors, especially document retention and being able to pull documents more quickly

Administrating and training is complex to work through for initial configuration issues, but once all is set it is much smoother.

Creating continuity in our workflows and transparency of tasks throughout our organization would be impossible without Worksmart.  While we're still newish to the system, I believe that this will be hugely beneficial for our staff and audit processes in the long run.
