I find WorkSmart really effective for managing tasks, as it allows me to easily track my current workload through my To Do List, file related documents, and keep all related correspondence organized. I also like how I can add notes and reply to emails directly from within WorkSmart, which makes my workflow smoother. The initial setup was fairly easy once I understood the different sections. It makes filing documents and tasks much simpler. I also appreciate being able to locate items quickly using the info tab and enjoy how WorkSmart breaks down the folder structure by year and policy.
