What do you like best about WorkSmart?

It has some abilities to be organized. Looks good and has a user friendly UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkSmart?

connect breaks frequently needs to be deleted and reinstalled. There is a huge lift to get this up and running. Followup training is needed once people understand how it works. We had numerous issues with Synching. Cannot recommend enough getting admin training for your admins. We have not seen any efficiency gains in one year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkSmart?

I enjoy how you can view documents once attached without having to open another tab and then clicking the link for the attachment to open in another window! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkSmart?

Some down time and for certain workflows/processes, feels as though you can be doing duplicate and triple workload for one account/work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
