**What do you like best about ClientCircle?**

I have found ClientCircle useful to monitor my insurance client connections. It has also had the added benefit of being able to communicate with clients as and when in a much more targeted method that is tailored to their needs.

**What do you dislike about ClientCircle?**

The reporting features may not be refined as much as can be desired. While I can monitor such things as the open rate and the click-through rate, it would be useful to gain more profound understanding of the behavior of clients.

**What problems is ClientCircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I must admit that ClientCircle has made my insurance sales and retention process very easy. Using automated communication saves me time and lets me spend more time on developing good relations with clients; moreover, customization improves the overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about ClientCircle?**

I love how you have the option to set communications on auto pilot. Everything is sent automatically and Rocker Referrals is very easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about ClientCircle?**

It will mark email and physical addresses invalid when they’re not so I then have to either override it or email someone from Rocket Referrals to override it.

**What problems is ClientCircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improvement in consistant communication with our clients. The NPS surveys have been very helpful.
