The level of detail provided for each client is very comprehensive yet remains highly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and understand the information. Additionally, the system is seamlessly integrated, which helps streamline workflows and reduces the need for switching between different tools. Customer support is also a significant positive for me; it’s easy to reach, responsive, and staffed with knowledgeable representatives who can assist promptly and effectively whenever needed.
