The syncing works seamlessly, ensuring I always have access to my passwords, notes, and identities no matter where I am. Logging in is fast and hassle-free, and filling out forms is effortless. I use RoboForm every day. The reassurance that my family’s information is both secure and easily accessible makes it indispensable for me. Additionally, their customer support is excellent; they always respond promptly and efficiently. **What do you dislike about RoboForm Password Manager?** There’s hardly anything I would want to change. Although I use other password managers such as Bitwarden, I continue to maintain my RoboForm subscription because of its added reliability and convenience. If I could ask for anything, it would be even more seamless sharing options for families. However, that’s a minor request when compared to how consistently dependable RoboForm has been for us. **What problems is RoboForm Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoboForm has made managing passwords and sensitive information easy for everyone in my family, no matter which device we use. Whether I'm on my PC, phone, or tablet, I feel confident that everything is secure and accessible whenever I need it. Choosing RoboForm has helped me keep my digital life organized and protected year after year. Next month will mark eight years of using it. ### 2. It's easy to use on mobile devices. **What do you dislike about RoboForm Password Manager?** The software was changed in July 2025 to no longer be user friendly on Windows PCs. Facial recognition used to be a form of authentication that made it just as easy to use as on an Iphone or Ipad, but now facial recognition is tied to a passkey. Before the passkey just one click on the Roboform icon would authenticate using facial recognition then it would enter your credentials. Now after clicking the icon a new window opens in the Roboform app, where you need to click "Use Passkey", then a second window opens in a web browser where you need to click "use Passkey" again, then it uses facial recognition and unlocks Roboform, now you need to go back to the website you want to log into and click the Roboform icon again and it enters your credentials. It went from one click to now clicking through 4 different windows. After the passkey update the security settings where changed for passwords to be always unlocked. There was no warnings notifying the user of this. **What problems is RoboForm Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** No longer need to save passwords independently on multiple devices. Changes on one device are synced to all devices. ### 3. I mean, you really can't beat the price. Perhaps it's not as satisfying visually as other password managers, but I just needed a place to securely store all my passwords. With Google Password Manager being free, competition in this type of software is high, and Roboform seals the deal for me. **What do you dislike about RoboForm Password Manager?** Nothing really. If I were to be super picky, I'd say that it's a bit cumbersome to fill/generate passwords without being able to see what they are in the Change Password page on sites when the Roboform Chrome Extension is activated, and it doesn't activate all the time to save that particular password, so I'd have to reset it one more time, and this time, copy and paste the password from Roboform's password generator so I definitely know what the password is. **What problems is RoboForm Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It stores all my passwords securely and I LOVE how it fills up the fields when I need to log into a site. I also use the Identity feature to store other personal information. It's very helpful when I need to log into apps on my mobile phone too. ### 4. very useful... still my choice of password managers **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sabrina R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024 **What do you like best about RoboForm Password Manager?** Easy to install on all platforms, windows, mac, android, iOS reliable in synchronisation easy and smooth integration with all main current browsers the password logins are very flexible, you can add fields and also determine when the password should be renewed security center is good and tells you where there had been data leaks you can build a structure and comes with some practical tools like password generator if all members in the organisation have a roboform account you can share passwords or send them - lots of possibilities **What do you dislike about RoboForm Password Manager?** what my clients say who use it, not really easy to distinguish between bookmark and login - even I have sometimes chosen the wrong one, so I think there could be an optical improvement in the Apple World I personally rely more on keychain, as it also allows fingerprint and face id which I find very comfortable. I was able to recover all the information without any worries because, incredible as it seems, I had done an export of passwords from Firefox a few days before being hacked and imported it into RoboForm. I love the fact that it has an app for different devices and everything is synchronized. The web security center is one of the tools that I really like to check how my passwords are being exposed. I recommend! Worth every penny. **What do you dislike about RoboForm Password Manager?** I noticed that sometimes automatic authentication doesn't work if the URL directory is different from the login page. Needs to be improved to recognize URL with different directories. **What problems is RoboForm Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** With my experience and age, I use many tools that require authentication, some or even all of which require complex passwords to ensure greater security.
