A few things I really like about Amplemarket are how easy it is to use and how responsive their team is. Their Customer Success team has been great at helping us get everything set up the way we need it, and they're always quick to jump in when we have questions.

They also have lots of great automations which truly make the day-to-day process so much more effective, from the automated sequences and emails using AI company researcher to personalize the outreach, to daily tasks and, recently, a game-changer power dialer that skyrocketed our team's productivity. It was only one thing in the user experience / task interface that was not displaying the sequence make, but after mentioning to them, it was changed within 72 hours.

Extremely easy to use. The automated lead generation is a standout, it matches leads based on customer profiles and company descriptions without much manual input. The signals feature is where it really shines though: tracking job changes, company news, and who's engaging with content relevant to your business makes it easy to reach out at exactly the right moment with the right context. What I like best is how much of the manual grind it takes off my plate. Building a multi-step sequence — email, LinkedIn, calls — used to mean starting from a blank page every time; now I can describe the campaign I want and get a fully drafted cadence with personalized copy and dynamic fields in minutes. On top of that, lead enrichment and contact search are built right in, so I'm not jumping between separate tools just to find the right person at an account and get accurate contact details. The data quality is amazing. We come from apollo.io, and the difference is tremendous. Our spam and bounce numbers went down like crazy after we migrated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing they can improve is the configuration of the signals. I think the prompting is a bit tricky, and it should be a bit more tailored to what the companies are looking for. We connect US companies with LATAM talent, and the signal for "hiring remotely" could be enhanced to companies within our ICP. We find hard to believe that the signal cannot make a difference between hiring remotely in the US/CAN or LATAM.
