**What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

What I like the most is that Amplemarket is not difficult to use, it's quite intuitive, and the process has been quite easy to learn since I had never used it before. It helps me automate the entire sales process, and I love the labels that let you know which clients are interested, which are not, and which already have a meeting scheduled. That helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

I feel that when you make calls from Amplemarket, it could be improved by having all the information about the call tag appear, so you don't have to go to LinkedIn to see everything. Also, the fact that only duo messages are sent in English is quite limiting because I speak Spanish and my contacts speak Spanish, so I can't use the duo to send sequences because it automatically does them in English.

I use Amplemarket to prospect clients on a large scale and obtain their data. It helps me contact clients via email or LinkedIn and track everything in one place, which simplifies client management and improves the sales process.

**What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

The Duo Copilot aspect is one of the better features. It helps find leads that you would never connect with, or less likely to hunt for, and brings them to light. Also gives a pre-built sequence for you with a multi-channel touch. I do like the enrichment for numbers, so if you are not using a Zoominfo, Lusha, or the like you can still harvest AMPLE numbers to call with.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

The way it loads the numbers. During the trail we had, they had their team working on it almost right away, so the support was great but it still needs some work. Its not a call heavy system so be sure to move from a CRM to Ample and back again to avoid spam marked numbers.

**What problems is Amplemarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New leads, and better email delivery and being able to send more emails at once. Using HubSpot, you can only have so many marketing contacts and non marketing contacts email per out per day. So running that with Ample has increased intent in that regard.

**What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

Amplemarket makes it possible for 1 person GTM teams to execute flawlessly. They have timely customer support, offer trainings to teach you new features. It's the ONLY all in one automation platform. Granted I will say it does require effort. Garbage in, Garbage out. You must spend the time setting up correctly and if done well, the pay off is well worth it. The level of personalization you can create within a single sequence is unmatched. I can actually have an individual level of granularity and provide the customization my prospects need & deserve! Not to mention it's seamless integration with Sales Navigator, no more flicking through each individual page of 25 contacts to create a list, you can move hundreds of contacts into amplemarket. Unlike ZoomInfo who can't even return accurate phone numbers 10 % of the time....

Wish I could see my linkedin connections in paltform, that would make me build lists inside amplemarket rather than building in sales nav, moving them over. In truth thats a SMALL feature, I love this platform.

Amplemarket solves the problem of fragmented, time-intensive outbound sales work. Instead of juggling multiple tools for prospecting, sequencing, and follow-ups, everything lives in one place saving a significant amount of time and reducing the risk of leads slipping through the cracks.
For me as an account executive, the biggest benefit is being able to focus on actual selling rather than manual admin work. The automation handles the repetitive tasks, while the personalization features make sure outreach still feels human and relevant. The multi-channel approach across email and LinkedIn also means I'm reaching prospects where they're most responsive, which directly improves conversion rates.

I love the LinkedIn integration with Amplemarket. I can upload and enrich a list from LinkedIn within seconds and enroll them in a multichannel sequence. I also appreciate the button on every prospect's LinkedIn profile that generates an AI message relevant to them. The email extension is handy for creating sequences for any contact. The dual Copilot feature helps me find people who interact with competitor's content or our own, making it easy to start prospecting from LinkedIn posts. The initial setup was straightforward with helpful onboarding sessions and a responsive support team.

The credit expense can easily go high when you enroll contacts in a sequence. So without a strategy, it can get a little expensive. You need to make sure you are spreading those credits throughout the month so you don't run short on it.

What I like most about Amplemarket is that it brings the entire outbound workflow into one place and automates a lot of the repetitive, manual work. It helps me go from building targeted lists to launching multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn) and managing follow-ups in a structured, consistent way—so I can scale outreach without losing control.

It also improves efficiency and quality: strong segmentation and personalization at scale, and clear visibility into performance.

On top of that, Duo Copilot suggests replies to inbound emails, which saves a lot of time and is usually very on-point—helping me respond faster while keeping the message relevant and consistent.

The platform definitely has a learning curve it took me a while to understand all the features. More interactive onboarding or clearer in-app walkthroughs would make it much easier for new users to get started quickly and feel confident using the tool. Also, from time to time, the international contact data seems a bit less accurate than the US data.

Overall, it’s a solid tool with great support, but the onboarding experience could be smoother.

The biggest game-changer for me is the consolidation of my workflow. I used to waste half my morning jumping between a data provider, a separate sequencer, and my LinkedIn tabs. Amplemarket puts it all under one roof.

Duo Copilot: The AI-assisted writing and "buying signals" take the guesswork out of who to contact and why.

LinkedIn Automation: The way it handles LinkedIn tasks (like voice notes and connection requests) feels much more human and reliable than other tools I’ve used.

Data Accuracy: The "Request Fresh Info" feature is great—I spend way less time dealing with bounced emails than I did with previous databases.

The platform is incredibly powerful, which means the initial learning curve is a bit steep. There are so many features and settings that it can be a little intimidating during the first week. Also, I’d love to see a bit more "drag-and-drop" flexibility when reordering steps in an active sequence, as making changes mid-campaign can sometimes be a bit click-intensive.

Problem: I was spending more time on "admin" (finding leads and cleaning data) than actually selling. Benefit: Amplemarket has essentially automated the manual research phase for me. Been a bit of a game changer for our Sales function! The Duo Co Pilot feature alone enables me to book high quality meetings that Amplemarket sources its self and creates the messaging using AI. It does this across email and LinkedIn with AI voice messaging that sound exactly like me. Alongside this, it empowers me to champion track previous users who used our software.

Nothing to comment on at this stage as I'm less than a year into using the system.

I like being able to record lists and keep everything like a weekly calendar to call and organize myself. I also value the calls and lists section to know who to call each day and week. The initial setup of Amplemarket was super easy and very convenient.

I find Amplemarket pretty easy to use and very intuitive. The customer service is really fast and optimal, making the setup a really easy experience. I really like the automated sequences, especially how it uses AI to generate voice notes by taking information from people's LinkedIn and recent activities. It's pretty cool. Additionally, the multichannel approach and integration with platforms like LinkedIn, HubSpot and calls have boosted my productivity two to three times, making it easier to reach high potential targets. The Duo Copilot Signals generation is daily creating new pipeline

Well, the main issue I would say, is, that it doesn't have a direct integration with Orum. But it can be solved with doing a third way integration.

I use Amplemarket for prospecting, sequence creation, and outreach, and it primarily saves me a ton of time and allows me to maximize my outreach. I like that the Searcher tool provides the most up-to-date contacts and contact info compared to any other site or software. The sequences and the entire user interface are incredibly easy to learn, and the learning curve to mastering the basics of Amplemarket was little to none. This allowed me to integrate Amplemarket and its benefits into my natural workflow without having to formally dedicate time to learning the platform and its intricacies. The initial setup of Amplemarket was very easy, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague a 10!

Sequences are inclusive of different channels of messaging like Call, Email, Linkedin Voice, Video, Whatsapp etc. I also find it very productive when Amplemarket lets me skip a step if it wasn't completed within a designated about of days. I started using it 3 months ago and feel super confident in using it everyday. Amplemarket's customer support team is also very responsive. Linkedin Integration is definitely good, needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

Some basic features like moving the prospect to a certain stage, out of a OOO pause, or simply editing an email after it's scheduled without cancelling are a big miss. Can understand the product is new to the market and engg is still building these features.

For my target accounts, Amplemarket has helped me keep my outbound prospecting organised and automate emails and Linkedin channel for me to focus more on cold calling. The autopilot feature has helped in whitespacing beyond target accounts.

I like Amplemarket's AI capabilities which track activity signals for both companies and leads. It really helps in accessing hiring job signals, job changes, and tracking engagements with competitors. This functionality allows us to act on these signals and better personalize our outbound and outreach efforts. I also appreciate the easy setup of Amplemarket. The dedicated support team is readily available to answer any questions, which helped during onboarding. They also frequently update us with new product features through emails, ensuring we can leverage new tools effectively to improve our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

Amplemarket is optimized to be broad multichannel orchestrator, which means certain channels lack the depth you'd get from dedicated tools. There's no native way to build and manage a scaled multi-inbox sending infrastructure with fine-grained control (inbox rotation logic). Dedicated tools may offer better flexibility and offer smarter throttling, and more nuanced engagement sequences.  For a team running vertical-specific sequences in several countries, it's hard to slide performance without manual exports. Seeing reply and open rates broken down by industry segment or sequence type inside the platform would improve campaign optimization. The platform, however is excellent at connecting dots across channels but it falls short if you want to go deep on any single one.

I like that customer support has been great. The user interface is clean and easy to use. The LinkedIn automation within sequences is really great. Setup was very easy, with lots of templates to get us started and AI-generated sequences that were personalized to our company. It also integrates with our enterprise AI platform (elvex.com) so we've been able to extend the use to a variety of agents as well.

I wish the Gmail plugin had more functionality for the one-off emails that we do in Gmail.

I appreciate Amplemarket's ability to pull great contact info, which we can action on in several ways like sequences and calls. It's really helpful because it helps us contact the right people with accurate contact information and reach out at volumes we couldn't otherwise manage. I think the duo copilot is okay; it flags leads I might not catch on my own. However, I think the lists tab and sequence building are king; they are very flexible and just easy to use. The initial setup was fairly easy, with a not too steep learning curve, and it seems like the more time I spend in the tool, the better it gets.

I think it could have better integrations, we aren't able to have it talk to our CRM which is tough. It's also constantly updating the widget plugin and that's quite annoying. Also actioning using other people's accounts can be tricky!

The Sequences are the best part, along with the Searcher to find prospects you normally can't find on Sales Navigator.

Intent Data is a must, and can be refined as much as possible.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

I want to be able to receive incoming call through the app and not a forwarding call to my personal number. 

Also would like to add an email directly in the task section, when performing a task list. 

Sometimes as an SDR we need to call a prospect at a moments notice but then have to exit out of task to perform a single phone call.

**What problems is Amplemarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to ensure no prospect gets left behind. If an email is sent in a sequence, then an automatic call task is created to book the meeting on the day of, or the following day. Also, intent data is always great to follow and speak to prospects about the company's status.

**What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

I use Amplemarket for my day-to-day job, relying on it for prospecting and mail-out campaigns. I like it because it's intuitive and easy to use, and it's also very accurate. Also, the team that does the account management for the company I work for is easy to reach, and the support team is very prompt. We switched from Lemlist to Amplemarket mainly because of the signal feature that we got with Amplemarket and that was not available in Lemlist. The initial setup was done with the help of the New Biz account managers in hours, which made it not too complicated. We were the flame bearers for Amplemarket inside the company, and I think more people are using it now.

The LinkedIn integration works particularly well with Amplemarket, unlike other tools where the integration is often problematic. I find the multichannel and assisted sequences features significantly important and they're easy to use. **What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

I really like the AI factor for creating sequences. The Duo feature that writes personalized sequences for leads with identified intent is also a big plus for me. Many companies provide AI-generated messages, but Amplemarket does it better. The intent data is something we can put together with our own signals at the company. I also found the onboarding process very easy.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

The company is kind of in its infancy right now, so it is still developing some abilities like being able to modify contact data or enter 1-off tasks completed. I want to be able to do everything I can do in Salesforce with a lead or contact, right within Amplemarket so that I don't have to go into Salesforce and duplicate what I've already done.

**What problems is Amplemarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplemarket saves me time, helps me find the right contacts, writes personalized messages to prospects, and keeps track of leads. Its AI sequences and Duo feature improve message personalization using intent data and our company signals.

I really like the ability to run sequences across multiple channels without any manual intervention. The Intent Signals are pretty awesome too.

The Searcher could use a little work for more niche markets, but I'd say that about any platform!

**What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

I like Amplemarket's ability for massive outreach and its integration with LinkedIn and Salesforce. It's a great tool to find valuable prospects and follow up with them. I appreciate how it integrates information from Salesforce, like closed lost opportunities, and creates sequences with AI that are handy to implement. It keeps me on track of past interactions and links me with new prospects with their Duocopilot signals.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

I find it difficult when Amplemarket doesn't find an email address during prospecting, as it becomes tricky to upload the information on my own. Also, it took us like 2 or 3 weeks to fully understand the system.

**What problems is Amplemarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplemarket for automation and following up, which helps with massive outreach and integration with LinkedIn and Salesforce. It keeps me on track with past interactions and finds new prospects. The AI sequences are handy, but uploading missing info like email addresses is tricky.

I find Amplemarket valuable because it makes it easier to find new contacts, reach existing contacts, and remove contacts we've already been in touch with. One of my favorite aspects is the integration with our CRM, which makes everything more seamless. I especially appreciate being able to quickly update the do-not-send list each week, as it saves me time.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

Currently, the biggest downside is the limit on the number of outgoing emails per day.

**What do you like best about Amplemarket?**

I love the AI outreach aspect, especially the Duo Copilot signals. This has helped me book one or two extra meetings per month, helping me reach quotas quicker. It also gives me more high intent leads rather than just looking for things on my own. Finally, I really like the UX, ease of use, and the fact that the team seems to have our best interests in mind.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

I would to see the team have a bigger focus on ensuring current workflows are as efficient and effective as possible before adding all of these new features. The ability to edit emails has been something that we've been thinking about for over five months, and that's something that still hasn't been fixed. Fixing little bugs in the dialer, viewing / sharing call links, speed of data enrichment, etc.. Finally, for prospecting, being able to have more intel on lead's current role and the description of their their day-to-day from LinkedIn would be huge for nailing down top prospects.

Amplemarket makes it easier and more efficient to send emails, set up calls, and manage outreach sequences, allowing me to book meetings and work more efficiently. AI insights help me warm up introductions, avoiding cold outreach.

I really like how easy Amplemarket is to use. The Duo Copilot signal is very helpful, and the ability to schedule tasks for future dates is a big plus. It helps me stay organized and ensures I don’t forget to follow up with people - for example, if someone asks me to reach out on a specific date, I can schedule it and it will show up exactly when needed.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

One area that could be improved is integrations with other tools. Stronger and smoother connections with platforms like HubSpot or Salesfinity would make workflows more seamless and reduce the need to switch between tools.

Amplemarket helps me find leads, execute outreach tasks, and stay organized in one place. It reduces a lot of the manual work and mental overhead that comes with managing follow-ups and daily tasks. I use Amplemarket for LinkedIn messaging and quick video or voice message follow-ups. It saves me time and helps me to personalize my outreach with minimal time spent on research. I particularly like the video or voice message recording directly from LinkedIn. We switched to Amplemarket from Lusha mainly for better data quality.

**What do you dislike about Amplemarket?**

I find enrichment to be an area that can be improved, especially when comparing data phone number/email address validation in US and Europe. European leads are often less likely to be correct. The initial setup was slightly bumpy, due to a big cultural mismatch as most of the Amplemarket onboarding team is located in the US.
