What do you like best about AfterShip?

AfterShip makes the entire order tracking process smooth and professional. The branded tracking pages and notifications have helped us reduce customer inquiries and improve trust. The integration with Shopify was straightforward, and the dashboard is very easy to navigate even for non-technical team members. What do you dislike about AfterShip?
