ClickPost makes it easy to manage multiple courier partners from one place, which really simplifies day-to-day operations.

The real-time tracking is reliable and helps us stay updated without checking multiple courier websites.

NDR handling is smoother with automated communication, which helps in resolving delivery issues faster.

The dashboard is easy to understand and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to use.

Getting started was quick, with minimal setup effort.

The support team is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.

It also allows some level of customization based on our operational needs.

Honestly, just having a single dashboard for all our courier partners is a lifesaver. The tracking is great, but the automated NDR handling is the real winner—it’s actually helped us cut down on returns (RTOs).
