SendOps is a complete email marketing, deliverability, and operations platform built on your own Amazon SES account. It adds everything SES leaves out while keeping your sending infrastructure, domains, dedicated IPs, and reputation under your control.
Manage contacts, lists, consent topics, and dynamic audiences using custom attributes, product activity, engagement data, and SendQL. Create and send broadcast campaigns, newsletters, and personalized emails, or build automated welcome, onboarding, lifecycle, and win-back journeys with visual Drip Workflows.
Manage React Email and Handlebars templates in Git, preview and test changes, deploy versioned templates to SES, and serve email assets through your own branded CDN. Search individual messages and monitor deliveries, bounces, complaints, rejects, delays, opens, and clicks with campaign, provider, domain, template, and channel-level analytics. Configurable alerts, suppression management, webhooks, role-based team access, and audit logs help engineering, marketing, support, and operations work from the same platform without sharing AWS credentials.
SendOps also provides end-to-end DMARC reporting and management. It collects privacy-safe aggregate DMARC reports, inventories every service sending as your domains, distinguishes authorized senders from suspected spoofing, and diagnoses SPF, DKIM, and alignment problems. Readiness analysis and change monitoring help teams safely progress from `p=none` to `p=quarantine` and `p=reject`, with impact estimates, policy history, post-change monitoring, and rollback guidance.
Setup uses a least-privilege CloudFormation integration. SendOps stores no AWS access keys and places no relay or proxy in front of your existing transactional email. If SendOps is unavailable, your application continues sending directly through SES.
Unlike managed email service providers that charge per contact or bundled email volume, SendOps uses flat platform pricing while delivery continues at Amazon SES rates.
SendOps is built for engineering-led teams that chose SES for cost, reliability, and ownership—and want email marketing, automation, deliverability monitoring, DMARC protection, and infrastructure management without building the entire platform themselves or migrating to vendor-controlled sending infrastructure.
