**What do you like best about EmailFlow?**

Email flow allows you to review an email before sending it. The incredible feature is that the suggestions are visualized.

**What do you dislike about EmailFlow?**

This tool is specifically designed for Microsoft 365 and thus works with Outlook. Furthermore, the suggestion was occasionally buggy.

**What problems is EmailFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emailflow was used to write the most recent version of emails to customers and other businesses.
