**What do you like best about Jobin.cloud?**

Simple to use and build workflows. Always 'on', never had any downtime. When I have needed support, it is acknowledged and replied to / resolved very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Jobin.cloud?**

When I was a new user, I watched the YouTube videos and they were helpful but it would have been useful to have a helpline number to ring.

**What problems is Jobin.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building outreach campaigns for my small niche recruiting firms, along with identifying and messaging potential candidates for the recruitment mandates I am working on.

**What do you like best about Jobin.cloud?**

I use Jobin.cloud predominantly for outreach, especially to find consultants on platforms like LinkedIn and others. I find its ability to automate outreach fantastic, which wouldn't normally be possible on LinkedIn alone. Although the user interface wasn't the easiest initially, it's improved significantly over the last few months and is catching up with competitors. Jobin.cloud's amazing ability for outreach and tracking sets it apart, and it's able to do this in ways that its competitors can't. It's also highly customizable, and I'm able to automate my outreach, freeing up my time to focus on selling to clients. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to quickly move my connections from LinkedIn with just one click.

**What do you like best about Jobin.cloud?**

The LinkedIn integration is the standout feature — Jobin lets you bulk import profiles directly from LinkedIn, bypassing the usual search limits. Combined with automation, outreach, bulk messaging, and a built-in CRM, it covers the full recruitment workflow in one place.

**What do you dislike about Jobin.cloud?**

The UI is clean and generally good, but accessing candidate details like CVs or specific profile information often requires too many clicks. Streamlining navigation to candidate data would improve the day-to-day experience significantly.

**What problems is Jobin.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobin solved the critical problem of LinkedIn's search and viewing limits. As a recruiter, hitting those limits is a major blocker. With Jobin, I could bulk import candidate profiles from LinkedIn and then review, manage, and reach out to them all within Jobin's interface — saving a huge amount of time.

**What do you like best about Jobin.cloud?**

Jobin not only has every tool that I need as a recruiter in one place, each of those tools has features that meet or exceed what other companies are offering. At a better price too!

**What do you dislike about Jobin.cloud?**

The only feature that other services have delivered better is the ability to create additional fields for candidates with a checklist of predefined values for each processing.

**What problems is Jobin.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobin is reducing headache and wasted time by putting everything I need in one place. The automation is spectacular and the synergy between different purposes is seamless.

**What do you like best about Jobin.cloud?**

Jobin's integration with LinkedIn is seamless; I can easily add first connects in bulk rather than one at a time or upload a CVS on the previous platform. 
This is the single best thing about it: the comprehensive sourcing. Whether a recruiter or another business, this works well.
And the customer service is a 10! Always

**What do you dislike about Jobin.cloud?**

As a recruiter, it does not save resumes on the ATS/Jobin platform. So, you either save it on a drive or cloud; this is too cumbersome for me. 
Plus, there is no history regarding the submittal and tracking when we submit a candidate. 
This alone sent me to another platform.

**What problems is Jobin.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although I'm using another ATS, I'm also using and paying for Jobin because of the interfacing with LinkedIn. 
The search capabilities are amazing; from your 1st connects and the ability to email directly from Jobin to setting up outreach campaigns for new connections 
It saves so much time.
