Manage Expectations Carefully
I have not yet had the opportunity to fully test the platform, so I cannot evaluate the technical performance. What I can evaluate is the process leading up to my purchase.
The communication was highly promising. Guarantees and assurances were made that sounded compelling at the time. Only afterward did it become clear that key representations – specifically regarding the review incentive – did not materialize.
It is important for potential customers to understand that repeated encouragement to leave a review may occur before you have even properly tested the service. If you choose to proceed, do so based on the product itself – not on promised incentives.
I currently have 15 days to evaluate the subscriptions I purchased. If the service does not meet expectations, I will consider returning to Wix or exploring providers such as Zoho or Proton, which allow for multiple domain management and have established reputations in this space.
