It seems to me that if you are going to make changes to the software you could ask your daily users (or high usage users) what their opinions are of the change before you make it. At least I would be prepared for it.
Such as the following data statistic:
How many projects did I finished in the year?
Are the projects finished on time?
What's the main issues for the projects in the year?
When I am doing my 1-on-1 check-in I would like to keep the same priority from one week to the next without having to re-write it out. Is this possible?

I have been exploring options to make it more fun and interactive. For example, employee reviews and feedback should be often updated to know the productivity.
We have many users using Teams and integrating many other software. It will be great if we can select a person on teams and say thanks from Teams window. A chat integration maybe?
Reporting courses from iLearn and all the Bridge content are outdated.
