# When you make changes to the software do you do this because of complaints or suggestions from other users? Most of the changes that we have seen have not made my job easier but harder as I now have to search for certain reports that used to stay in the queue (in WebTime) and also in WebTime we could repeat a schedule easily but now we have to go into the schedule to add each day individually.

It seems to me that if you are going to make changes to the software you could ask your daily users (or high usage users) what their opinions are of the change before you make it. At least I would be prepared for it.

Most changes are from requests from current users. SOME changes have affected us adversely (as your WebTime example). Simply contact your rep and let them know.
