**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

The platform provides a simple and clear way of managing organisational performance and beautifully brings together all the elements required for conducting effective performance reviews. Their support team is friendly and super responsive.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

Because I was based in Nepal and operating as per Australian Time Zone because the company I worked for was based in Australia, scheduling calls could sometimes be a hassle due to the time difference.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

We've been using Plai since 2020 and it was one of the easiest tool integration we've had so far. It is integrated with Slack and Outlook, offering a seamless experience in terms of scheduling, reminders and accesibility. Moreover, it is higly customizable: while it offers a series of useful templates, it also allows the user and the company to create their own templates. It is centered around the company culture, you can even praise other collegues for manifesting the company's values. It is a tool that really supports growth, feedback culture and transparency across company's goals.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

Being a product that is in active development, there are still some improvements and features that are missing (e.g.: uploading documents in the platform, as an anannex for reviews or feedback from other people outside of the company) - however, we've been closely working with their team and they integrated some of our needs into their development roadmap.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a robust structure to create development plans for employees, enhancing their performance and, also, improving communication of goals.
Lastly, Ashley and Sarah have been amazing!

Nothing so far. I have only recommended that tasks could be assigned to a group of employees and not just one person in particular.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplelogic IMPACT is a very powerful yet intuitive tool to organize internal processes (like OKRs, 1:1s, performance reviews, regular pulse engagement surveys, PDPs). We've been using it for 3+ years at Uptech, and it's been an invaluable product to align our team, evaluate people & help our company grow.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

Mobile app has limited functionality compared to the web app. 
But the website is well optimized for mobile browsers, so it's not a big deal, IMPACT is still available with you anywhere you go)

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peoplelogic IMPACT helped us organized and mange regular 360 performance reviews (which before we did in Google Forms). It became much easier and simpler with IMPACT. 
OKR management, visibility and tracking was also greatly improved!

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

The product is great and allows for accessible, transparent goal tracking. The real star is the Client Success Team, our CSM in particular. They have gone above and beyond to help us successfully integrate this into our organization.

One challenge for our company is the how our goals intersect across teams/departments. It can be difficult to connect the dots without work arounds and modifications.

Having all our strategic goals in one place, being able to clearly show this our team at all levels, and create direct accountability to OKRs.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplelogic offer a unique pricing model that offers an engagement and performance solution at nearly unbeatable costs for similar products.  

Although we are rather new to the platform, their support team has been phenomenal. Queries are answered extremely promptly, and our needs and suggestions are taken seriously for implementation.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

The platform is not as sophisticated as the name brand platforms that larger orgs are familiar with. But it far outweighed the platforms we reviewed at similar pricing points.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial objective with taking on Peoplelogic was continuation of our engagement surveys. We plan to use it for performance management in the near future. Although employee recognition was not our priority when procuring a new platform, Peoplelogic's praise function quickly took on with our team.

Peoplelogic helped us organize the Performance review and benefit from many available features and reports on the platform. We also easily onboarded to the OKRs module and we ready to start in a few hours.

Surveys is another feature that was very helpful for us.

We oganized performance reviews and OKR planning process with Peoplelogic. Now we have full visility of the process, rich analytics. There are also a lot of materials for learning and easier start that were helpful for us.

The support I recieve when needed is quick and extremely thorough.  I love the use of loom videos.  It makes the explanation so much more fullsome.  I also really appreciate the that chat function is not automated and that I'm speaking to an actual person.

No complaints here, I appreciate the assistance I recieve on the rare occassion that I get stumped.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

In 2023, there was a demand for automating the performance review process. The HR team researched 20 platforms. It was plai that fully met our needs. In the winter of 2024, we conducted a performance review for 300+ company specialists. The process was easy and understandable. If any questions arose, plai's technical support resolved all our inquiries with lightning speed. Plai's customer care is all about maximum customer orientation.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

The people we worked with were very personable and approachable.  The breakout activities int he training sessions were really rich and added to the sessions.  The software is pretty easy to use.  Being able to write my own 1:1 templates is useful and makes weekly prep easy.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

On occasion it felt like the team were winging it somewhat and we sometimes ran out of time to be able to complete all of the breakout activities.  The calendar integration needs a little work.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1:1s, objective setting and performance management now has a uniformity to it.  It's easier to ensure that I'm covering core topcs and issues across my team.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

The software is phenomenal at discerning what employees are doing and how they are interacting, without any additional surveys of the Employee.  Peoplelogic gives an overview of active hours, interactions with one another, and other data by integrating with the tech your company already uses.  It is painless and simple process to have invaluable data about employees.  

In the implementation and beyond Customer Service is the amazing!  They will open a slack channel with you and are very quick to answer questions. (even after hours, which I did not expect!)  They are quick to take suggestions and are very friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

There was nothing I disliked about Peoplelogic.ai.  I would recommend them to any company.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we were using a solution that required a survey that employees would take to get any data.  We only had about a 60% response rate at best.  It was much better to have a reporting tool that did not rely on employee response.

I like signaling software in general, but specifically, I like that Peoplelogic will gather knowledge about the employee experience without a ton of lift or monitoring. Meaning set it up and get insight. With said insight, one can create an action plan based on data. Real data.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

It's not a downside; Peoplelogic is a startup and signally is new to HR leaders. Signally isn't new. B2C companies have used signaling software for years to understand their customers' needs better. The HR audience must be educated on the intrinsic value of understanding their employees at all times and wherever they work (Slack, Teams, Gmail, etc).

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone is talking about the employee experience (EX), which is excellent, but how do we know what's going on in the minds of our employees in real-time? We can care about the employee experience six ways from Sunday. Still, if we don't have the tools to harvest insight, we're spinning our wheels OR, worse, thinking we know what employees want without data to support our time, money, and energy to improve EX. As they say, the path to hell is paved with good intentions.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplelogic provides leadership with real-time tools and insights to better understand what their teams are experiencing, from a variety of perspectives. Balancing data with EQ allows management to have more intelligent interactions with their peers and direct reports. UX is intuitive and recent updates to dashboards are helpful in prioritizing efforts and measuring the impact of attention to those areas.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

No dislikes or downside, however it is important that management is thoughtful in how they leverage the data. Peoplelogic is an investment in building connection throughout an organization - it should never feel like Big Brother is watching. Communication of the analytics is critical in how it is perceived and received by the audience.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture is measured by an employees' sense of connection to an organization's mission. Peoplelogic provides a view into where teams are engaged and where they may be struggling. There are so many valuable applications - constructing more meaningful performance appraisals, reducing turnover, increasing internal customer satisfaction, to name a few...

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplelogic.ai gives me access to real-time data about my workforce that I can’t view in any of our other talent systems! It would take me weeks to compile the data from all of our systems. More so, I would likely need a data analyst to help me make sense of all the data once compiled. As someone who doesn’t have the time or resources to run that type of analysis, Peoplelogic has helped me make better (and data-driven) decisions and advise our leaders on everything from employee engagement to the interconnectedness between teams, to productivity and tool usage. In a fully remote organization it’s difficult to get a clear picture of what’s working and what’s not when it comes to our people processes and programs. Peoplelogic gives me the ability to be proactive about how to engage and retain our employees. Their ONA functionality is the best!

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

The new UI is phenomenal! I can easily navigate to different views of our teams and where we need to focus our time and attention. I understand they’re working on creating additional supporting materials on how to have conversations about burnout, performance management, and more. While the platform is intuitive, I need help putting some of the insights into action. Brian and Ashley have been super helpful in this regard, but I’d love more self serve resources. I'm

Peoplelogic is helping me better understand where we have people risk that ultimately will negatively impact our organization. We believe engaged employees leads to engaged customers, and ultimately more revenue and growth. Peoplelogic is helping us scale in a data-driven way!

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplogic.ai has a unique approach by using data from integrations like g-suite, slack, jira and others to get insights about the state of our employee's satisfaction and engagement. This is a game changer in a world where surveys are not always responded to or employees are not transparent to the state of the engagement. 

This, coupled with their customer-centric approach, makes for a great Saas partner. This is huge for me being part of Customer Success myself. Their team, in particular our CSM, Ashley, has been amazing in providing support on how to best interpret and use the data to make real change. Her consultative approach coupled with quick and thorough responses sets the bar high for other vendors. 

BLOT (Bottom line on top) - If you are struggling with engagement and your team uses software to engage in their day-to-day activities, their data-driven approach along with their customer-centric approach will make a significate difference in any organization.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

All of the positives aside there are a couple of considerations that you need to consider when making decisions with Peoplelogic.ai. 

It uses existing systems and communication platforms to predict engagement. This could lead to concerns about Big Brother watching and employees may feel uncomfortable knowing a system is monitoring them. That said, no conversations is shared with the employer. The data is analyzed and only the results of engagement is shared. 

You might have tools that still need to be integrated with peoplelogic.ai. However, they have been great at engaging in solving those problems. 

The platform relies on digital interactions and might not capture those that are less active digitally. This is where I believe surveys should still be leveraged to compliment Peoplelogic.ai

Change can be resistance to a new approach. This was true for me as well where surveys still help provide insights.

Solving the issue of employee engagement insights and opportunities to increase retention and engagement in a effortless way by the employee.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

The Stay Factor is amazing. We went back to the data after we had several people leave over a few months and in every case, we should have seen it because the person who left had the lowest Stay Factor across the company.

We also love the charts which provide the visual representations of the connections among groups and between individuals. Was reviewing our data with our CEO earlier this week and we noticed one very talented and valuable employee who seems isolated at the moment. Easy for us to identify that and then work to get him more closely tied in with the rest of the team so he doesn't feel out on an island and then become a flight risk.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

You have to be good about keeping up-to-date on your people information and removing people who are no longer with the company as their presence messes with the data displays.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us identify emplyee engagement and potential flight risks. Also allows us to see whether our teams are working in silos or collaborating across teams. Very actionable data.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplelogic pulls together data from several different daily tools to create visuals and meaningful insights about employee engagement and productivity. Basically, it synthesizes data to help make sense of a "gut feeling" that such and such employee just seems to be disengaging or some other employee seems to be a bit burnt out.

It's amazing how often the managers I work with are trying to navigate and manage their team's work health just based on intuition alone. They want the data, but it's tough and such a time-suck to pull together and make sense of it manually. That's why I'm a PL fan.

Also, using "Lexi" to just ask custom questions about team activity and producing instant, custom reports is just amazing. Just plug in the tools and then ask questions. No need to know how to build complex reports.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

It would be amazing to be able to see my data embedded in our dashboards of our other tools instead of having to go to a separate Peoplelogic dashboard.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peoplelogic becomes extra meaningful because of pulling together scattered employee productivity/engagement data that we see and the data we don't see. The apps we use have hoards of data that they just don't give an easy way for us to access -- like trends on employee activity instead of just static info on each team member's work. For example, the reports in Asana are pretty crucial for us to know status of the tasks delegated to each employee. But, PL takes it five steps further allowing us to see trends in employee work cadence, engagement, timeliness of work, etc. Like I said, I know the data is there, but without PL, there's not an interface to see or use that info.

Peoplelogic has allowed our management staff to get a more in depth view of their teams performance. We've enjoyed being able to take a closer look into the work load of each individual to see who may be over or under performing, allowing us to  get out in front of possible issues that could arise.

The dashboard and tracking data are sometimes difficult to read.

Peoplelogic is allowing our managers to get a quick overview of an employees performance, which means they're able to easily prioritize work and keeps the team running efficiently.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

As a second-time founder building a remote company during covid we know we had to keep a pulse on culture and team engagement to get the most of out of our team. We thought such a tool was wishful thinking and a great business idea, thankfully we found peoplelogic and the team has been great to work with.

Nothing so far, they are a great team to work with and have been very eager to listen to our feedback.

This tool helps us keep a pulse on our company culture for our remote-first team.

Peoplelogic has great insights to see how engaged employees are within the organization. Our Account Manager is also fantastic and very responsive whether over email or in Slack. We appreciate the quick turnaround and attention to our account.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Being able to manage employee engagement and burnout proactively rather than reactively is unique. Managers are given tools that they may not have had readily available before Peoplelogic.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

The biggest downside is the integrations with all of the different applications; there is a lot of systems that weren't integrated with Peoplelogic quite yet, understandably, that would result results that aren't representative of all of our team.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of burnout occurring with employees and management not being aware. It also solves a big fear with a hybrid workforce, which is productivity of the staff.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Peoplelogic provides invaluable insight to our coworkers all in one place for easy review of engagement and positive or negative trends so we can act quickly.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

Any issues or concerns we have had are addressed quickly by the account manager, so currently nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows team leadership to view work performance beyond just numbers and results.  Providing visuals of trends over time to know if a coworker's engagement is slowing down and the possible causes.  Also, Peoplelogic alerts us of coworkers that we might need extra attention with monthly insight reporting.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

I've started using Plai for setting OKRs because I was tired of spreadsheets and didn't find any convenient feature of HRISs. And so far, it is one of the best solutions. Also, I like "1:1" and "Feedback" features. I think I should also test it for Performance Review since I have to set up this process in my company.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

Hard to tell. I'd like to see more features.

**Recommendations to others considering Peoplelogic:**

I think HR Specialists should like it. It is very user-friendly and covers features that other HRISs don't. People like it because it looks nice and they spend very little time to understand how it works.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally, I've stopped using spreadsheets for OKRs, it was messy. 
I do not have to pin messages and emails with useful feedback. It is on Plai now.
Improved scheduling of 1-on-1s.
Praises are just funny, didn't improve anything significantly, but sometimes they help to cheer up.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

Plai is tremendously helpful for staying on track with both personal and business goals. And it doesn't end there, you can also set up 1:1's, give praises to your team, and share feedback. One of the most useful things about it is that you can also learn about the best practices for creating OKRs and one on one agendas, which helps a lot if you are just starting out with them.

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

I honestly did not have any negative experience so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Peoplelogic:**

I would recommend giving a shot to the free plan and decide whether or not they need it.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quarterly OKRs for the company and all teams are great to align everyone in the team and have all our goals properly documented. Also, I feel like it gives all employees an opportunity to voice their opinions easier, provide feedback, and give praises to each other. It helps us get closer to implement radical candor in our company.

**What do you like best about Peoplelogic?**

I like how easy it is to create and update OKRs. It is simple to check the progress of the company's OKRs or departments' OKRs. I also like 1:1 meeting feature. I use it to take notes during the meetings and I like that Plai suggests the questions for the meetings (it saves a lot of time :) )

**What do you dislike about Peoplelogic?**

Can't think of anything specific.  So far, I like it. 
Just one thing. I use Slack integration to track updates. I receive too many notifications now.

**What problems is Peoplelogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use it to set up OKRs - it helps to align our goals. It's very useful to track the department's performance and progress.
And I use it for 1:1  to talk with my manager and be always ready to the meeting.
