We've been using Plai since 2020 and it was one of the easiest tool integration we've had so far. It is integrated with Slack and Outlook, offering a seamless experience in terms of scheduling, reminders and accesibility. Moreover, it is higly customizable: while it offers a series of useful templates, it also allows the user and the company to create their own templates. It is centered around the company culture, you can even praise other collegues for manifesting the company's values. Being a product that is in active development, there are still some improvements and features that are missing (e.g.: uploading documents in the platform, as an anannex for reviews or feedback from other people outside of the company) - however, we've been closely working with their team and they integrated some of our needs into their development roadmap. Peoplelogic IMPACT is a very powerful yet intuitive tool to organize internal processes (like OKRs, 1:1s, performance reviews, regular pulse engagement surveys, PDPs). Mobile app has limited functionality compared to the web app.
