Paylocity has streamlined our system for time and attendance to upload directly to payroll processing and remove most manual error potential.  It also hosts all of our HR processes for easy access and use for all employees and management team.  We use recruiting, onboarding, T&A, Payroll, Performance Management, so it works great as a single tool!
