# Can a candidate request older references through checkster to provide to potential new employers?

These references would be from historical reference checks not current or recent.

Hi Marilize,

Great question! Every organization has a different set of questions they ask references since what's relevant to one employer may not be relevant to another. Because of this, reports aren't being shared between employers at this point.

We also have a feature called an Individual 360 (www.checkster.com/register) which allows an individual to run a report on themselves and then share with any organization they'd like!
