"A well-designed Applicant Tracking System with many Advantages"

What do you like best?

I like the organizational pipeline that keeps track of the candidates through the whole hiring process - from applying to placements. The product is completely customizable which is great for our company's recruiting processes. From a marketing perspective, we are happy that RecruitBPM offers integration with multiple job-boards.

What do you dislike?

We get so many candidates for an open job position; the advanced search feature of this software has enabled us to find the most relevant candidates immediately. So, it is the right solution we needed for our hiring process.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great recruiting tool to completely streamline the recruiting process. I will recommend it for start-ups, small and mid-sized companies particularly as it offers all the premium features at a very inexpensive price.

"Favorite applicant tracking system so far"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM offers a lot of remarkable features and has an incredibly smart scheduler that integrates with Outlook and Gmail to view everyone’s calendars at once. It's great for keeping notes and tracking an applicant's progress through the system.

What do you dislike?

It's a little difficult and takes time to understand all the levels as not all of its features are intuitive. Also, there are some functions that you can only have edited by a representative which can be time-consuming sometimes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Watch a lot of tutorials on how to use it, because it is a good ATS, but can be a little complicated for those who are new to it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling, tracking candidates and their past relationships with us, tracking external agencies for duplicates and having a one-stop shop for recruiting and HR as it integrates with other companies like PreciseHire to run background checks makes recruiting life a lot easier.

"Easy to use ATS"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM is super easy to use - it offers great functionality and extremely high levels of customization. We are a multinational company, but relatively small, and all our locations have found it easy to work with. Also, the pricing is superb for a product that does so much.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I think it could be nicer to look at but I would take functionality over beauty any day! Aside from that, there really isn't much I would change.

Give it a shot, I believe it is the best system for our company.

We have used RecruitBPM to build a new careers website, which we didn't have before. We also are using the tool to improve our processes and feedback. This tool has given us a much better platform to build relationships with candidates, something that we really needed to do in our industry.

"Lightweight and low-cost hiring solution"

What do you like best?

Earlier we used to manage the recruitment cycle mostly manually. However, shifting to RecruitBPM helped us to streamline the recruiting process. As it is a cloud-based lightweight solution and great UX, it took us less time to adapt the application. Another interesting observation is the amount of time the entire hiring team saved by multiple sourcing options, quick search and several integrations of helping tools. Any novice of system user can also use it without any formal training.

What do you dislike?

no cons yet, but I still want to suggest a few improvements like user experience and speed glitches, etc.

"Exceptional ATS for small to medium businesses"

What do you like best?

The cost of the services offered. Most ATS systems are quite expensive and for a small to medium size business, this is a great ATS that helps you stay organized for an affordable cost. This software is easy to implement internally, so you don't have the initial implementation costs to worry about.

What do you dislike?

I did not see any features that I did not like. I would suggest maybe making the dashboard more visually appealing. Overall it's easy to get around but could use some upgrades to the look of the platform.

This is a great product. It’s easy to use, has a great price and is user-friendly. I'd definitely recommend trying this out before going to other ATS software companies.

Coming from a large company, I needed to find something that was more cost effective for a small business. RecruitBPM gives you a free trial of its software system and then is very affordable thereafter. It has pretty much all the bells and whistles that other software solutions have.

"RecruitBPM is perfect for developing companies"

What do you like best?

I really like the ability to track pipelines, feedback, and metrics across the company. This data-centric approach is a huge time saving and probably a better way to recruit than the "old way". I was somewhat skeptical starting off as we were getting swamped by our applicant pipeline, but RecruitBPM had thought about all this and had great solutions. The implementation support was superb, and really got us over the hurdle of on-boarding and becoming quickly productive.

What do you dislike?

We are early in using it, but right now the biggest con probably still needs to pay for job posts (i.e. on LinkedIn) or spend time sourcing candidates.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was getting swamped trying to double the size of the company. RecruitBPM is not only an awesome tool to organize the hiring pipeline, but their service and expertise have also been super helpful getting us to 'best practices' that a smaller company without a dedicated recruiting team can take a lot benefit from. It also saves a ton of time and reduces having to chase interviewers and get vague feedback on people they sometimes can't remember talking to.

"Continuously improving ATS"

What do you like best?

It’s very understandable and easy to implement ATS. You can create new jobs; posts and you market the jobs and drive more applicants to your hiring website. You can not only customize the job site but can also customize internal workflows and fields suitable to company’s business processes. When we initially got RecruitBPM, we had training session to implement and use the platform. Our staff faced no issues to build the understanding of whole work process of this ATS as it’s very simple. They also provide tutorials, help manuals and support in case of an issue. We can easily connect with customer service and discuss the problems which they solve timely.

What do you dislike?

Reporting can be improved in terms of metrics and customization.

"Finally, an ATS designed for recruiters"

What do you like best?

The best part of RecruitBPM is how much ground it can cover, by automating tasks that we

used to do manually. The minute I get a new requirement, I can set up an Advanced Search so

RecruitBPM can search all of the career sites, pulling in all the resumes throughout the web

with the right skills. It can do the same with the resumes currently in our database, allowing me

to reach hundreds of candidates with one email.

The system also works very smoothly with VMS systems, adding new jobs automatically so we

can start setting up Advanced Searches and working on the masses soon as they come in (this

the function was previously done by an admin).

What do you dislike?

Some of the features are not as intuitive as we would have liked. For example, there has been

confusion about how the ranking feature works, and some of the keyword searching

sometimes seems to pull up the wrong candidates. However, their support is amazing, and

RecruitBPM has been willing to provide as many coaching and training sessions as we need to

refine our skills with the tool.

Highly recommended to recruiters for hectic free work.

"A handy tool for recruiters"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM is an amazing talent management tool for a recruiter. Unlike other talent

acquisition tools which can be used to store leads for sales and recruiting, RecruitBPM is

purposefully created for the recruitment process. We can post and publish a job. It says it will post

to 20+ job boards and sources the resumes. The resumes received through this platform can be

handled in its dashboard through which one can send emails, track and update the statuses of

the candidates in the recruiting process.

What do you dislike?

While using chrome extension to find contact details such as email and phone number, sometimes the contact info obtained contains dead phone numbers.

Yes, it’s pretty good to give it a try and get a better organized hiring solution.

It has a chrome extension where we can search using keywords such as name and title or you can paste the LinkedIn link to get email and phone number along with the presence of social media profiles.

"User-friendly and customizable ATS software "

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM has the ability to customize and configure the system to meet the needs of our

organization. The system also integrates with a number of free job boards which increases the

exposure of posted positions to reach a broader audience. There is also a connection which

allows the users to share job orders/openings with a community of recruiters a firm wants to

split placement fees with other companies. Uploading existing data is simple and integrations

into an existing jobs page or website is an easy process as well.

What do you dislike?

We have multiple divisions in our company so we would like to have the option to have

separate Candidate databases in our system so not all divisions are grouped together in one

large bucket. Sometimes key-word searches will bring up candidate in other divisions that we

do not want to see.

It fulfills most of our recruiting needs and we find this product useful.

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM is not only a reliable applicant tracking software but it’s components like customization, storm search, and email tracking makes it one of the top choices in the market. The advanced search tool helps recruiters to fulfill highly increasing demands in the recruitment industry. The tool entails all the attributes to find suitable candidates against a job order. A new user struggles with the navigation of this software and you cannot explore all the aspects without having a training session with Customer support.

"Great value for money and highly functional ATS"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM offers a user friendly interface and very customizable features that gives a lot of freedom to modify it according to our own firm’s business model. Implementation and training of this cloud-based app is quite simple and easy. It lets us organize our work flows to create a clutter free and organized structure of recruitment process. "Get the job done with RecruitBPM"

What do you like best?

This ATS is very intuitive and easy to use, feasible, customizable, and professional recruitment solution that I have ever used. Different modules for companies, candidates, contacts and jobs are well organized, manageable and well-integrated. The filters are extremely handy to sort the candidates against a selection criterion. We also improved our sourcing through different integrations of this system. Timely placements of quality candidates is completely achievable by using this solution.

Do not have much to criticize except a few lags.

What do you like best?

As I mentioned, it very helpful and intuitive tool for recruiters. Implementation was swift and customer representative assisted through the whole process. "Best decision of switching to RecruitBPM"

What do you like best?

Switching from Zoho to RecruitBPM has proved to be very beneficial for our company. Its immensely functional yet low cost to fulfill all our recruitment needs. The search feature is very advanced and provides you optimal results in no time. While other functions and attributes of this app such as email tracking, workflow customization, job boards integrations, and interactive dashboard are some of the favorites that let us use this tool to its fullest.

What do you dislike?

Although this is a remarkable applicant tracking software, I would suggest enhancing the onboarding section also to the same level.

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM is one of the best ATS systems that I've used to date. It obviously does all the basic, but they continue to innovate into the product and have a lot of features that help improve and facilitate the recruiting workflow. A definite recommend to other recruiting professionals out there from me.

What do you dislike?

I'm not sure why but sometimes their site has general slowness that can impact the user experience.

"Incredibly user friendly! "

What do you like best?

I love how user-friendly Recruit BPM is! It is a real treat that everything synchronizes together so you never need to hit a back button or go in a new tab. Everything correlates and talks to each other which makes things extremely useful for my job.

What do you dislike?

The format for sending an email directly though Recruit BPM is not my favorite. However, it works nicely to sync it to my email outlook directly so I can utilize my favorite templates.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For me, it is great to track my sales team and recruiters. I can see how many job orders and contacts they are reaching out to every day,per week, monthly, etc. It helps create healthy competition as well so that they know what their targets should be by what their peers are hitting. It’s a great tool for management to oversee their employee’s day to day tasks. Excellent tracking tool and keeps everything very organized.

"Applicant tracking made easy"

What do you like best?

Prior to its introduction, we were using excel sheets. It was a cluttered job and a lot of time was wasted. It was still better than going through each candidate file but a lot of unnecessary movements were made. We started the trial version, were impressed by their support team who gave us an extensive demo and have been using it since.

What do you dislike?

At times the search functionality stops for no reason. The issue is easily resolved by restarting the browser but is still a hassle. Thank goodness for Chrome and its ability to reopen all the tabs that are open.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are still using legacy systems, it is my recommendation to use it for the trial period. Ask questions to their support and have fun with it.

We track jobs and applicants suggested. It removes needless hurdles and displays information with ease.

"Obvious reasons to use RecruitBPM"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM provides customization of a lot of things such as workflows, admin settings, pipelines, candidate pools, hotlists, pre-screening questions and many other fields within each module of this system. Provides an ingenious interface to keep things organized and manageable. All the communications between the recruiting team and candidate are at one place and properly tracked. Admin can also manage the roles and preferences to manage team members. Merging the candidate profiles helped us to eliminate redundant data in the database.

What do you dislike?

Didn’t face any cons yet, rather I suggest to further improve the user experience by adding more AI aspect to the platform.

"Makes it very easy to track and update candidates"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM makes it very simple to track, source, email, update and ultimately hire the candidates. Being easy to use recruiting software, it offers a search tool to let you know which candidates had already been contacted in your database from other internal employees, preventing any kind of overlaps in the recruiting process. One of the best parts is the simple navigation of this software. This means that there is very little training needed on the product and more productivity even for the first-time users.

I did not have any bad experience while using this product; rather, I will say that choosing RecruitBPM was one of the best decisions by the company.

"Fast and reliable both with its functionality and support"

What do you like best?

It has to be their support, which was patient with me and gave answers with minutes. From beginning till the end, I was given a demo and it made things really easy.

What do you dislike?

If I have to come up with something, it has to be their inability to promote their demo service. The demo tour made things simple and easy to understand, and this is coming from someone who has used other similar services.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ask for a demo. They are prompt and will show you around the software. Eases the transition if you are using another product. In my previous position we used another software and this become a godsend.

RecruitBPM is a modern recruitment tool that proved to be best for me since last 2 years. The system allows customization options for design and functionality.
