"Not easy to use and not for Recruiters to track sourcing efforts"
What do you like best about SmartSearch?

One of the VPs is really nice and will reply promptly to emails/asks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartSearch?

No office hours or training time given is from the support/success team.

Not a sourcing tool or CRM whatsoever.

Not for corporate recruiting.

It doesn't integrate with LinkedIn, SeekOut, or HireEz.

The requisition steps are not intuitive.

Can't send an email and disposition at the same time.

Can't review notes - have to click into it.

Can't review the exact version of the resume that's submitted.

Can't easily download the resume.

No way to have someone a recruiter is sourcing listed as a prospect in the system - listed as "self attached" but then lumped together as "attached" with candidates who applu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartSearch?

Sometimes navigating over the active links seem very sensitive and it may take a couple of passes to land on the intended selection. Not a big deal normally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition to the fast searching of our candidate database, SmartSearch tracks candidate information throughout the sourcing, qualification, and hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SmartSearch will not automatically disable invalid email addresses that our email blasts discover. Adding this feature would be a major improvement and a time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartSearch?

Smart Search is an excellent and agile ATS platform supporting all departments within our organization, not just Recruiters/HR Personnel. It provides a strong employee experience a very customizable software that allows for companies to monitor, respond, and improve every critical part of the process from identifying candidates, hiring, and onboarding. What do you dislike about SmartSearch?

Nothing that is a particular concern- I do wish there might be an offering to create invoices for clients or to do payroll directly from the system currently. I am aware this does not exist with any ATS platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
