If the employers plan document allows it, Paycom can be configured to show a &#39;Separate Bonus Election&#39; option. In this case, employees can set a specific percentage just for bonuses under their Benefits or 401k settings without changing their regular payroll deduction

Depends on the 401k Provider and how your company sets your 401k up. There are many variables and rules to consider that exist outside of the Paycom system.
