The simplest and easiest integration with Bullhorn to provide you with the most accurate representation of your data inside of your CRM. No other competitor on the market seemed to have as tightly integrated with Bullhorn as CloudCall did. Certainly saved us in this new world of hybrid working and working from home mandates. Has the ability to listen to any recorded calls directly in the CRM which is great for situations where staff need to be able to work together, and know what people have been speaking about. Had no issues with call quality, and the ability to SMS directly in the product and see inside of the CRM as well is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a person on the tech side, it would be nicer to have more administrative options, however this is fairly consistent with most hosted telephony products on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
